Great Hotel, very-well positioned. Staff is very helpful willing to give suggestions on where to eat and drink in the nearby areas. Lovely stay, rooms are clean and have an antique air but with modern facilities - just the thing for a Paris visit.

the light in the hotel door at 11pm close so must of taxi driver will not no the locution so take acopy for the hotel adress

The staff looked after myself and my partner from start to the end .we loved the views from our balcony and our lovely room . The hotel is in a great position so you can get to all the destinations and attractions .

It would have been nice to have a restaurant in the hotel as on New Years Day most good restaurants were closed........but we managed so not a big deal.

Next to our room is renovated. So noisy in the morning

We could hear everything in the streets. So very difficult to fall asleep. Plus the windows let all the cold air enter the room, so room's temperature was cold even with heat on. Small room for high price.

I liked the area it was central .

My mum booked the hotel on her credit card. But i did not know i would have to have this card to prove the booking.

Whith some good offers for lower prices its the hotel with the best location in Paris clean , good staff , comfort .

Everything its OK nothing wrong .

Location was good. Right by the arc and the closest tram station was Charles de gaule etoille. It's about a 5 mins walk from there to hotel. We took a tram from gate de Lyon. A bit difficult to find. But if u ask around ull find it as long as u got off at the right station and are by the arc u r very close. Wifi was good. It was in room... Room was tiny as expected in Europe.. Else cleanliness was good.

Expensive... Not really a 4. I'd say 3 or so.

Overprice for the size of the room.

It's location is fantastic. 2 mins walk from l'arc de triumphe.

It's very hard to write a detailed report as we only stayed for one night. We didn't experience breakfast or a particularly long time in our rooms.
