the location was excellent. It is near the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. I liked the location the most. I had sensitivity in the foot because of the bed cover. |

the Hotel was situated only a short walk from the main attractions and the shops the buffet breakfast looked very unappertising and not very fresh, we waited to be seated but no one was around so we left and decided to have breakfast out each morning, it was also cheaper. |

clean rooms, great location near metro, friendly and healpful staff problem with water pipes in the room next to ours that forced us to change room, though they gave us a superior one. Room service 2 hours late. Expensive breakfast. |

Location was excellent. The breakfast was nor reasonable, No service nothing but 16Eur. Internet was not as noticed. Direct line was not working and Wifi was very poor. |

Most of all we liked the location of the hotel, all is at hand. Room was quiet and comfortable with a good view in the window. Staff is polite and ready to advise to any question. |

the room was very nice and clean , the staff was good and the location was very good and close enough to champs street .you can see the arc de triomphe. the staff couldnt speak english very will ,so they wasnt helpfull for us. |

Although I was in a non smoking room, it had an overwhelming smell of smoke. The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, it was like being in a cupboard. It was not a room you could work in, as the dressing table was around 800x450mm. |

Excellent location, friendly staff, close to Champs Elysees, car park (27.00 EUR a day) and Metro. A Velib bicycle rental ramp is just outside the hotel. The wireless internet was not working. Heating was switched off at night. The cleaning staff were using the main lift blocking access to the guests. |

A perfect location next to the Arch of Triunph - and walking distance from the main avenues and shops as well as to the major atractions of Mavelous Paris !!! For the rate is charged for sure that breakfast should be included |

The hotel is just 100 steps or so away from the Arc de Triumph (however that's spelt). Really close to shopping... And while a bit of a walk... you can even walk to the Eifel tower which is amazing at night. Floor plan of the bathroom was rather small in our room... difficult for two people at the same time. Bed was rather hard and the pillows a little too lean (thin). Don't expect much in the way of TV, but who goes to Paris for TV! |

Proximity to city centre and metro. Cleanliness and sound proofing. One computer in the middle of the lobby as business center. Not prompt in ordering taxis. Receptionists weren't too helpful in giving directions. No variety regarding TV chanels. |
