A proximidade com as principais avenidas de Paris,onde tudo acontece praticamente. Acho que todos os hotéis devem dar o café da manhã. |

Da disponibilidade dos funcionários do hotel em tratar as questões colocadas. A localização do hotel é óptima. Pequeno almoço caro para a oferta. Não justifica o preço. |

Gostei muito do ambiente sofisticado e aconchegante da recepção e do quarto. A única sugestão que daria é que os funcionários do hotel fossem orientados no sentido de respeitar o idioma que o cliente está disposto a falar. Na partida, iniciei a conversa na recepção em francês, a funcionária me respondeu no mesmo idioma. A partir do momento em que ela percebeu que eu não era francês, passou a me tratar em inglês. |

Perfect location and under 10eur for a taxi to any interesting point down town incl the Eifel tower. Some comments expressed the ‘small rooms’ as a negative, however what do you expect from a building that is over 100 yeas old. If ‘these ’guests want to stay in a commercial hotel then they should check-in into a holiday inn, and not a renaissance style hotel in down town. The breakfast charge is high for what you get. If you want value for money, any cafe has the same for less. My recomendation to the hotel is make the breakfast cheaper, or incl in the room rate. |

The location was very good, even we could see the Arc de Triomphe from our window. We could reach the hotel easily by the Air France Airport Shuttle from Charles De Gaulle Airport.(The stop is very close to the hotel, walking distance is 2-3 minutes.) |

very convinient location, friendly staff, especialy the lady who was responsible for breakfast was very merry and friendly, room space was quite enough and room was clean. Business centre and breakfast were expensive and there wasn't a turkish channel on TV. |

The price of 130 euros per night was about right for the specific hotel. If a couple had to pay 22 euros per head for breakfast that would make this specific choice to lose its value for money. Noise from outside the road |

Convenient from work place, quiet at night even though very near from Champs Elysees, friendliness of staff Breakfast only served from 07:00 am and room service food at minimum level (but still very convenient) |

first, i like the staff, for they are very friendly and ready to help always aside from this, i like the cleanliness of the room and the amenities that comes with the room. i think it has good value for money for the fact that it has a very good location...... the one thing i dont like is the bed for the double. i think a queen size bed is too small for a double. a queen size bed would be good, if the matress is firm enough however, this was not the case, when somebody moves or change position, the whole matress will also move, which can distruct the person, sleeping beside you. |
