расположение отеля исключительно удобное - все главные достопримечательности Парижа в пешей неспешной прогулке, в тоже время тихо, суета большого города не тревожит. Рядом метро и остановки автобусов-экспрессов из аэропортов. Большие уютные номера с удобной планировкой. Однообразный очень скудный завтрак, из соседнего здания, находящегося на ремонте, прибегают стасики европейского размера. При современных средствах коммуникаций пора владельцам гостиниц становиться талерантными ко всем своим постояльцам, а не только к англо- и франко-говорящим - информацию можно предлагать на языке гостя, т.к. это элементарная вежливость и уважение гостя. |

Excellent location, friendly staff, close to Champs Elysees, car park (27.00 EUR a day) and Metro. A Velib bicycle rental ramp is just outside the hotel. The wireless internet was not working. Heating was switched off at night. The cleaning staff were using the main lift blocking access to the guests. |

It's a nice hotel for this price, the stuff are friendly, good locations. There was everything what we need and room was clean, new bathroom. Can recommend this hotel |

The hotel is just 100 steps or so away from the Arc de Triumph (however that's spelt). Really close to shopping... And while a bit of a walk... you can even walk to the Eifel tower which is amazing at night. Floor plan of the bathroom was rather small in our room... difficult for two people at the same time. Bed was rather hard and the pillows a little too lean (thin). Don't expect much in the way of TV, but who goes to Paris for TV! |

Proximity to city centre and metro. Cleanliness and sound proofing. One computer in the middle of the lobby as business center. Not prompt in ordering taxis. Receptionists weren't too helpful in giving directions. No variety regarding TV chanels. |

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean with large bed. Location was great for sightseeing - Arc de Triomphe is practically next door & Metro also. |

Excellent location. Newly redone it seems. Part of uccife program. Good value at eur 150 but even better now when you promote it including breakfast. Thick carpets, fine only while new. |

The position close to the champes and arc were great.was great to just walk outside to the many shops and cafes. The room was absolutely tiny. It was far to small to be comfortable.Found myself tripping over my bags to get around the room |

Great location. Close to one of the big Paris attractions and a couple blocks away was the bus stop for a city tour. I reserved my room over a month in advance. I get there and they don't have the room I booked. Then all of a sudden they run out of rooms, the front desk lady seemed lost in the whole thing and she called me a cab to take me to another hotel. Then a guest came and checked out of nowhere and a lower class room was opened for me. The front desk was helpful with the problem but it was not something that should of happened. |

Very good location, very clean room. Friendly staff. The Executive (corner) rooms are (relatively) spacious. The bathroom has a nice window and it is full of light! For the first night I have not received the room I ordered. It was changed next day and as a compensation we got complimentary buffet breakfast. The view to the Arc de Triomph is true, but limited. This is not a claim, just information to avoid expectation raise too high. |

Location was perfect, staff was also perfect, overall it is nice hotel The room size is so small, the room was not perfectly cleaned, the prices of this hotel is so high. Also breakfast is so expensive. |

When we arrived to check in, we were told that there are not twin rooms at the hotel and we were sent to the Hotel California instead. I had made the booking about two weeks before my trip. Hotel told me that they had sent an email, but I have never received one. They paid for the taxi to the new hotel. Hotel California was good for the money considering this is Paris. Yes, site should say there are no twin rooms! |

The proximity of the hotel to central Paris was excellent. Internet speed was very good. Small rooms and the air conditioner was not very good. Had to open windows to get cooler air at night which now exposed to more noise from outside |
