The staff was great for all information and very pleasant. The parking was very easy access to the hotel and same with restaurant and shopping. The direction in the web site could be a bit more informative, as it is not an easy hotel to find. The room was not as comfotable as we would have wanted. Instead of a desk and 3 uncomfortable chairs, a small desk 1 chair and a small couch would have been very nice. |

Centeral location, with an excellent breakfast and a hotel bar that served some interesting wine No curtains in room so light came in at 5.00am, also no shower curtain so water all over bathroom when taking a shower. Sliding door on bathroom did not fit well. |

The staff's extremely helpful attitude was just lovely; the lady in charge of the breakfast room mothered everyone, it was like visiting one's Mum! Also, the brand new showers are a treat. Comfortable beds. Perfect situation for shopping. Very good all around. We had no problems whatsoever. |

We had a "privileged" grade room which was more spacious and better furnished than we were expecting. The external decoration was poor and let down the rest which was good. |

nce! The service was slow; the starter was an odd tasting salad and my steak was dried up, and had clearly been kept warm for a very long time. I was tired and about to have an aweful cold but I should have sent the whole lot back. |

The staff attitude and the way they tried to help. Only on the last morning did we have to cope with an inefficient lady in the dining room The room was made up in the afternoon. I think it's too late. The breakfast was not worthed 12.50 euros! |
