The staff were amazing! Very helpful (especially Abdurrahim). The rooms were made everyday, which was a blast! Anddddd perfect perfect perfect location!!!!

The hotel's location is perfect to explore Paris from. Staff is very friendly. Room very clean.

The hotel is situated close to the Arc de Triomphe, very good position for sightseeing in the city. We were impressed by the staff, very kindly and helpful desk-personel. We all loved the stay and definitely will chose the same hotel next visite.

Have nothing to mention.

Stayed here for 3 nights in April 2013 All the staff were excellent, so central to arc de triomphie.hotel was very clean , and had a wonderful stay .and would stay there again if back in Paris

Excellent location. Quiet rooms for this location close to the Arc de Triomphe. Good breakfast although it is quite expensive. Rooms are small but this is not a problem as you stay only in your room during the night for a city trip.

Car parking within 500 mtrs but very expensive. 35 € per day.

The rooms were rather noisy.

The hotel is situated very close to Arc de Triomphe on a small side-street, both metro and bus stations direction to city center and Trocadero are nearby. The room was rather small but cozy. Please note the elevator fits maximum one person with luggage.

There was a strange smell from ventilaton one evening. The problem was easily solved by opening a window for a couple of minutes.

Charming staff very eager to please. Perfect location and very quiet. Excellent breafast. Spotless clean. Will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it.

Rooms are a bit small, but this is Paris!

Everything about this hotel was great !! Starting with reception and the staff - for an English speaking guest, they made you feel welcome and helped out, including negotiating with taxis. Rooms were beautiful, large, and extremely clean. Quite large compared to other European hotels for th same price. About a 3 minute walk from the tube station, and just nearby the monuments. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Elevator - only one of, and had to make more than one trip up and down to bring luggage for a family of three. Need to organise with reception if you want to have an iron and ironing board in the room.

La unbicacion es excelente, a 2 cuadras del arco del triunfo y de Champs Elysee. Buena relacion calidad-precio. Personal muy dispusto y amable.

El asensor es muy chico (subimos y bajamos por la escalera varias veces)

Hotel reception was very helpful, sorry I forgot your name lovely receptionist :) She advised us were to eat, how to get to the usual attractions by metro, you can ask her anything about Paris and she will assist with a smile.

The breakfast!!! Very limited and no cooked food?! Also a bit pricy!!!

Location was great, very close to Arc de Triomphe and also to Champs Elysées and main shopping and landmarks and attractions in Paris. Very clean and comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful.

This location was fantastic for sight seeing in Paris it was a small walk to the Arc de Triomphe,metro stations, shopping,taxis and other attractions. The hotel was good clean and had a nice breakfast the staff were great.

The standard room is a very small room with a double bed, and an equally small en-suite our first night was bad as there was a private party next door that went on into the small hours of the morning 4am and our security had to call the police which did not come, We asked to be upgraded to another room the next day and the hotel did this for us.

Very friendly, helpful reception staff. Very comfortable clean rooms, couldn't have asked for more. Can highly recommend this hotel!!!

The Hotel has a good location, just at the beginning of Champs Elysee and only few minutes to metro station. Room was clean and not too small, comfortable bed, cofee/tea facilities. Reception was very friendly, kind and helpful. As it was Christmas time, we found a card and Christmas ornaments in our room also we were offered champagne for two days which was a very kind compliment.

Only thing we didn't like is, toiletry, they could use a better one

Fantastic hotel, modern rooms, clean and tidy, extremely friendly and helpful staff and the perfect location close to restaurants and landmarks. Faultless.

Central location, good value for money.

The room was just nice for 3 adults and 2 kids. The breakfast spread wasn't great, but was good enough for 12 euros and kids below 11 eat for free. The staff at the breakfast room was awesome and the recept (Mila) was helpful with showing us the attractions.

The lift. Too small to fit all of us in, esp when we had our winter jackets on. The roadworks right at the doorstep, which might just be a temp inconvenience as the taxis could not drop us off nearer to the hotel when we arrived on the first night, freezing cold and have to drag our luggages along.
