The hotel was located in a very nice area, close to metro station and bus stop. It was also short distance to tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff was excellent. The room was too small compared to the price I payed. Also the isolation between the rooms were not very good. |

It was a beautiful little hotel - The rooms were warm and comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would definitely return to this hotel if I am in Paris again. |

Excellent staff, cheerful and helpful. Hotel location is first-rate for public transportation. I was upgraded to a suite, so cannot comment on other rooms. Free broadband was excellent. Despite external appearance, all facilities inside were very good. As a general policy, I think it better to include breakfast in the room rate (even if it means raising the rate), |

We were immediately upgraded on arrival to the largest room in the hotel - which clearly added something to our overall experience! However, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, the overally condition of the hotel was good and the location was excellent (2 minutes walk from the arc de triomphe). Would recommend this hotel as a well placed, affordable, upper end set-up. |

The hotel is very well located near many of the sites, hop on hop off stop very close and the subway just down the street. It is wonderfully quaint and elegant at the same time. Well maintained and very clean. I have nevery seen such a small elevator in my life :)! However, it did run well. The room was a little small compared to North American Standards but very very clean. |

close to center or the arc rooms toooo small elevator is only for 3 persons. not rocommended for those with young childern especilly if you are given a room higher floor. I was almost forced to take a suite because of twin babies I have and paid more then 2 rooms rate. breakfast does not worth the money . Too much strict |
