Небольшой, но хороший отель в самом центре Парижа. Уютно, чисто, удобно. Очень приветливый персонал (портье Иоан хорошо говорит на русском). Номера маленькие, но функциональные. Отличное соотношение цена-качество. |

Понравилось всё. Удобное расположение, чистые номера, отличный персонал, неплохой завтрак, бесплатный интернет. Несмотря на близость к основным достопремечательностям в номерах очень тихо. Может быть добавить пару-тройку русскоязычных ТВ каналов |

Отель тихий и очень уютный. Удобное расположение отеля, пять минут до Трумфальной Арки. Хороший, внимательный персонал. Для нас было очень большим плюсом, что завтрак до 12 часов. |

Удобное расположение, улочка относительно тихая, близко метро и остановка автобуса Air France для трансфера из/в аэропорт. Все выглядит новым или, по меньшей мере, безукоризнено чистым. Доброжелательный персонал; один из портье хорошо говорит по-русски. Разнообразить меню. |

Удобное расположение относительно достопримечательностей и транспорта в аэропорт. Достаточно тихо, несмотря на то, что район активно посещается туристами. Имеются все необходимые услуги. Удобные большие номера. |

Тишина, спокойствие. Удобное расположение от многих достопримечательностей, а также метро, RER и остановки автобусов в аэропорты. Хотя, когда приходят соседи из соседних номеров, стук дверей и звучание телевизоров достаточно слышно. Небольшой выбор продуктов за завтраком "шведский стол". Я бы посоветовала добавить больше мясных блюд, яйца (омлет, сваренные вкрутую). Выпечка (круассаны) очень вкусная. Если можно, хорошо бы довавить хотя бы 1-2 русских канала в телевидение, т.к. русско-говорящих в отеле достаточно много. |

extremely well located in a very quiet street . both the RER and metro are close by as well as public parking. Free internet and a breakfast at a correct price make this hotel a very attractive proposition |

The staff was friendly and kind. The room was comfortable, and the location is great. Close to the Arc de Triomph and to the metro line 1 that connects most major sightseeing locations together. |

The hotel staff were delightful! Always very accomodating and spoke good English. The location to the Arc Di Triomphe, Champs Elysee and a Metro station was ideal. The room was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The room was small and so was the bathroom which was not a problem to us but I could see it being an issue for some people and the lift only just holds 2 people. On the other hand - at least there is a lift! These things would not stop us from staying again. |

Surprise bottle of champagne for a birthday, friendly staff, excellent location. Didn't sleep on the first night as walls are very thin and the couple next door very loud! But as with city-centre located hotels, I'm sure this is the norm. |

Very polite staff;; it was a surprise that one of the employees speaks Russian. Location is very good. Breakfast is rather poor, but due to good location it is not a problem to have lunch or dinner somewhere not far from the hotel. |

The hotel was a very old Parisian building that was refurbished very nicely. Everyone on the staff could not have been nicer! They even put a bottle of champagne in our room because it was our wedding anniversary! Janet & Bob Garvin |

Location & Staff - located next to Champ Elysee and Arc de Triomphe, McDonald's for my toddlers on the corner!!! The staff showed us how to navigate via Metro and met all our room needs and it was in a quiet location. Junior Suite is a great size room for family of 2 adults and 2 young children. I don't recommend eating breakfast at the hotel, since McDonald's and a pastry shop are right on the corner of the hotel. |

Staff was extremely helpful. It was raining and they gave each of us an umbrella to use while we went to dinner around the corner. Very close to shopping restaurants and sights. Room was quite small but adequate. |

The hotel was in an ideal location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The rooms were a bit small and there were no tea or coffee making facilities. |

Excellent location, just a few minutes of walk to get to avenue Esliee, room is small but very clean and comforable. great staff at the reception desk, very good English and willing to help. |

The hotel desk staff is the very best!! It makes such a big difference when visiting. Lilly showed her graciousness at her first reply to my e-mail and continued to show the most excellent customer service several times while in person. The hotel is fortunate to have her. Yohan and Abderazim also went way beyond expectations to help us (such as restaurant choice, help with activities, luggage). Our other hotels didn't come close to how helpful the three were to us. The hotel is wonderfully centrally located. We used Air France les cars (bus service) from the airport and easily jumped on the metro for everything else. We will return again!! |

The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. We also liked the location since it was only 2 blocks from the Metro/Train lines and a major shopping, dining and tourism bus area. The location of the double bed in our room was not good as it was located up against the wall on the left side. That made it very difficult to get in and out of the bed for anyone lying on that side. Also, we could hear every noise from the other guest rooms very easily from the running plumbing to the footsteps of guests in other rooms. |

The big smile of the lady at the reception and her dedication to her job. She really love the job! The staff was great, too. Lack of a computerized alarm system to wake up the guests when needed |
