Служащие респепшн очень приветливые, вежливые и внимательные. Один парень даже говорил на русском. И немаловажный факт - хорошее месторасположение отеля, прямо на елисейских полях. Удобно во всех отношениях. Нам очень понравилось. Можно было бы улучшить завтрак. |

close to center or the arc rooms toooo small elevator is only for 3 persons. not rocommended for those with young childern especilly if you are given a room higher floor. I was almost forced to take a suite because of twin babies I have and paid more then 2 rooms rate. breakfast does not worth the money . Too much strict |

Great hotel, lovely warm family feeling to the hotel that was reflected in the courteous and helpful attittude of the staff. Although €12 there was a good selection of food at breakfast which was well presented. Would recommend this hotel. |

Only location. The elderly receptionist gentleman was very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very very tiny. The elevator is unbelievably small and the adjacent rooms are so close that one gets disturbed throughout the night. We were so disappointed that we left in one day instead of three as originally planned. |

My mother used her wheelchair during our stay in Paris and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall, the staff were friendlly, helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent value. The location was so convenient for us to easily walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. The hotel is on a quiet road and the area was safe to walk at night. |
