The location very close to the beach, the facilities and the nice swimming pool on site. The wifi spot was a small corner (no wifi in the rooms) at the reception and they charge €15 euro per device which is a bit of s steal.

Reception staff friendly, welcoming and informative- my wife is bilingual but the gentleman on reception spoke excellent English should we have needed this. We had studio which was spacious, clean and well fitted out with all crockery and cutlery, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. Bedding provided and beds already made up. We had 1st floor room with balcony which boasted 4 chairs and a round table. Towels provided. Hair dryers, ironing boards, bicycles can be hired at reception. Lovely grounds, 2 large swimming pools and seating area with WC. 300 metres from beach and promenade, we walked to Pornichet and La Baule centre. Car parking outside apartment blocks or underground for extra charge. Booking today to return in June!!

le calme la situation geographique l appartement situe au rdc pour nous avec les enfants face a la piscine meme si la saison ne nous a pas permis de les utiliser le but de notre réservation étant de faire découvrir a nos enfants la région dans laquelle nous avons habité il y a de 8 ans

Etablissement proche de la plage (limite Pornichet) . Nous avions un studio 4/5 personnes avec une chambre et 2 lits superposés, les 2 autres lits étaient les canapés du séjour, pour 4 adultes la taille supérieure est préférable. Néanmoins Studio bien conçu avec le linge fournit et les lits faits à l'arrivée. Un service de réservation de pain et viennoiserie pour les petits déjeuners, appréciable. Rien à redire. Tout était très correct.

Bel établissement hyper bien situé pour accéder à la plage, au centre ville, logements très bien équipés, au calme. Proximité des commerces de base. Personnel très accueillant, souriant. La possibilité de louer des vélos est appréciable. Je reviendrai assurément passer un week-end de temps en temps.

de ligging, ongeveer 500 meter van de grote boulevard en zandstrand. Supermarkt op 150 meter (alhoewel wel even zoeken, staat niet aangegeven langs de weg). Bewaking op het terrein. Fietsenverhuur. Weinig gezelligheid op het park. Niet een plek waar gasten samen komen, het is ieder voor zich.

Respect de la demande lors de la reservation Chambre lit superpose difficile de ne pas etre reveiller de bonne heure la cause etant un manque d' assombrissement pour la nuit ,un rideau ne suffit pas , des la levee du jour la chambre est toute ensoleillee à 7h du matin cela est tot pour des vacances

Piscine à 25°c et le cadre autour de la piscine La non prise en compte par le receptioniste de la demande à la clientèle .je vous remercie de bien vouloir si possible nous reserver un appartement au 4 etage de pr2ferance vue sur la piscine ;a prioris ce genre de demande n'est pas recevable si nous passons par Booking.com ? alors que ca l'ai si reservation directe par Pierre et vacances.

Etablissement calme, soigné. Bon accueil à l'arrivée. Chambre situé au 3 ème étage, pour avoir de l'eau chaude il faut laisser le robinet ouvert 5 à 10 minutes : il faut le savoir, ça évite la douche froide!!!

La résidence est très bien située ni trop près ni trop loin du centre ville. A l'accueil, du personnel avenant. Résidence au calme dans un site très joli. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le bruit en continue de la ventilation de la piscine puisque nous étions au rdc proche de celle-ci.
