Hotel Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Be sure and leave a few Euros for maid and tip girls at breakfast they will go out of their way for you ....as typically most guest are cheap. We have been to Paris several times and this hotel is a great value |

We were surprised how good this hotel was, after warnings that they can be quite average. No complaints at all. we will use it again, and recommendit. Great breakfast, lovely clean room, excellent staff. Good location. The shower splashed onto the floor at times. That's the only thing I can think of. |

The breakfast was good and it was in a good position, reception very helpful The room was a bit cramped with no drawer space for clothes, and a very noisy road outside so had to keep the windows shut. |

We had a nice and pleasant stay in the hotel. Our superior room was fine and its size was ok for a Paris hotel. We can't really complain about anything. |

Staff very helpful, friendly and informative at all times. The bed was large and comfortable. Shortage of fresh bath towels and there was a lack of storage space |

The location to all the tourist sites, quaint and charming small hotel, helpful and friendly staff. The lounge could have been used for tea/coffee as there is none in the room. Computer needs to have a firewall added!!! |

Very near to the metro station and bus stop, near to Saint Germain which has a lot of things to see and do. The reception people were very friendly and helpful, the room decoration was very nice. The sound insulation is the worst ever. Sometimes it felt like the walls were paper made. You could even hear people from rooms in the above floor going to the toilet with every little detail you can imagine...Footsteps were also common every day and night. The room was not value for money at all and very small as any other plain hotel room in Paris although it was a superior room!! |

Parking was available next door for 15 euros per day, in downtown Paris. Staff were very courteous. |

clean, nice personeel at the reception, very close to Montparnasse and to the center, good area with everything around : bars, restos, cinema. Room was pretty small, furniture was old and the door from the closet didn't open properly, but they are now renovating the hotel. |

Clean room, modern décor, reasonable-size bathroom, car-park right next door, very convenient; nice breakfast room Rue de Rennes is noisy, hotel was being renovated, so by 8 a.m. workers started to appear outside window on scaffolding. Fortunately, this did not bother us too much as we were planning to be out and about from early morning anyway ... |

Hotel's fasade and 1st floor was under reconstruction so the view to the street was not as nice as expected. I found it out only after booking the hotel and printing my papers. But that's my fault cause I didn't read everything til the end. |

the shower did not work, the hotel was under complete construction work -nowhere mentioned - and in fact far from the center of saint german.so overall i would not recommend it nor stay there again. |

It was great! the personell were really nice, we even happened to break our bathroom shelf through accident, which was given no greater remarker when we confessed this when checking out. It's located perfectley, situated just 1 minute from Montparnasse Metro. They were renovating the exterior when we were there so all you saw from the balcony was plastic, which was a real shame, because else we would have had a nice view over rue the Renne... |

staff was generally nice. hotel is in a very centered area of the city. the restoration of hotel is not written on anywhere. hotel was quite noisy because of that. hotel did not accept us dollars which is very odd. they are the reasons why, the prices were extremely high for such hotel. |

The room was clean, the confort was OK. The situation of the hotel was very good. It was very very hot in the room because of the heating system. In the website was written that there was air conditioning, but in fact it was not in use. |
