The kindest, most helpful staff I've ever seen, brilliant location, fast wifi, clean room, great price. Would go back in a heart beat.
Really good location, right beside metros and shops/restraunts open till 6am. Reasonable price
An excellent concierge who was very helpful and a great location close to trains and many restaurants
Pillows and bed were not the best but that is always the case when it isn't your own!
Fantastic location close to shops, restaurants and 2 metro stations, fair-sized rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend to friends and would stay again if visiting Paris.
Beds could have benefited from a vacuum.
Excellent location in Central Paris & a stone throw from metro and the main Montparnasse station.
Rooms were VERY hot
Well decorated room, adequate storage for couple of nights. Pleasant salon along the corridor. Very quiet even the other guests did not bang doors shut as we usually hear!
Entrance was trifle small for initial volume of people, but that's the fact that the reception is silly a desk downstairs and everything starts on floor 1.
I can't fault anything!!
This is just a suggestion, some hooks in the bathroom would be good
Tiny but comfortable rooms, great location, walking distance from three metro stations. Nice lobby 1st floor, with free wifi everywhere.
Elevator was out of service for disabled compliance works, and our room was at the 6th floor, but it was a minor inconvenience as the staff was ready to take your bags up, and in any case it took only three days to be back to service.
Location. Comfort of room. Good value for money. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
Lift was under repair, but that was due to refurbishment in view of bringing it to standard for persons with disabilities.
Bathroom modern good shower toiletries. Radiator didn't work so was cold
Unfortunately we were advised a few days prior that lift was out of order. Noisy people walking up & down staircase Carpet In hallway dirty In executive room?
Breakfast not include in the rate...very expensive...
Location is very good. Sorounded by shoppings and close to metro station. Rooms are vey nicely decorated, recently renovated. Staff is pleasant.
I has no lobby, but it really did not bother us. Internet was slow.
The staff (very professional and helpful); the location; our windows opened (thankfully it was TOO hot) and peace and quiet (we accessed a small inner courtyard).
this small inner courtyard meant we heard our neighbours at 3 a.m. and smelled their smoking as it drifted into our room and with the interminable heat, we had to keep those windows open to get any kind of sleep. The staff did speak to them but it was a tiring weekend on so little sleep.
Free Internet access and cleanliness.
Noise from backyard and other rooms during the night
Very comfortable room (great bed) with excellent bathroom and facilities. Super helpful staff. Good location - close to all the main sights and short walk to the nearest metro station.
A little tricky to regulate the room temperature. Hallways would benefit from a facelift.
This is a GEM in Paris which the staff were very friendly, rooms very neat, stylish and clean. Close to many restaurants and access to the trains and busses. Highly recommended.
Helpful staff Great location Clean rooms Good bathrooms Comfy beds
Rooms hot at night and road too noisy to open window
Could hear every movement of the guests next door. And something was up with the sink and shower drains.
Availability during a weekend when most hotels we're booked up
Location was kind of between St g and Montparnassse, but not really anywhere itself. Hotel was old and very tired but had been made up as pseudo-trendy. For the price (250 euro) you could (normally) stay somewhere heavenly like the Relais de Christine in St. Germain proper
Worst value for money ever in my visits to Paris. Extremely expensive for the quality of the hotel the room and the bathroom. It does not deserve 3 stars. Location not bad but too noisy avenue. I do not recomend it. It seems nice by the photos but it is extremely overpriced for the quality given.
Close to main underground terminal which is great for site seeing. We traveled via the Eurostar and then via the underground to the hotel which was very convenient. Aircon was quite so we could leave it on all night. Staff were very friendly. Access to lots of eating places within short walking distance.
Bathroom was quite small had to be careful not to hit your arm on the basin when sitting on the loo.
Clean, quiet, near public transportation, both bus and metro.
Room a bit small.
24 hour reception. Staff were helpful and Hotel in a good location
Limited facilities and small room
Everything about the hotell and staff it was a lovely hotel to stay in.
