clean ,very close to the airport,good breakfast.

tre recepcionist was very rude,and did't spoke any other language apart from french...the shutle to the airport was free only untill 9 in the morning

The rooms are not isolated and the hotel is close to the a6 motorway and a night club. When people arrive in the "hotel" there are only stairs, and people coming in late wake up everyone because of the poor isolation. Moreover the distance from the nightclub is so close that when nighclubbers are coming in or out they wake also everyone up in the hotel... There even was a fight... The most horrble hotel ever experienced.

The receptionist nora was very rude and this is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed and would never recommend for Business Travellers. The hotel is well located but the facility is the worst. Do not be surprised if the receptionist screams at you. A disastrous experience altogether

Breakfast was good.

The hotel smelt like it was on fire in the middle of the night. Our room filled with smoke. No smoke detector (of course). We opened a window to let it out and then were on the edge of sleep the rest of the night to see if we needed to run out when the building burned down.

We found this hotel very useful on our journey north. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was very good.

We were surprised that the restaurant was closed Saturday night, but the staff directed us to a very good one close by. Our room had a very dirty carpet on the floor - my friend wouldn't stand on it without her shoes!! I wouldn't have put that down for my dog! The place smelled of something unpleasant - as though it hadn't been used for some time - we sprayed it generously! We should have insisted on moving but we were very tired & thankfully only there for one night. At least the bed lined was clean & it had a shower.

Newly renovated, and had a bath and everything was clean.

Staff did not speak English, even not tried. Shuttle from airport was provided but not to the airport in the morning !! Big problem and they did not care.

j'ai du sonner plusieurs fois pour régler ma note à 5 heures du matin parce que le veilleur de nuit était avec sa petite copine est n'était pas pressé de venir ouvrir la porte......

Je connaissais l'hôtel et sa situation, de plus son parking sécurisé;

à notre arrivée, on n'avait pas tenu compte de mes demandes, soit une chambre avec 2 lits, et au calme pas côté de la discothèque; on nous avait mis une chambre avec lit double, la dame a changé, mais la chambre qu'elle nous a donné était avec lit double, nous sommes retourné donc à la réception pour changer à nouveau, et là elle nous a donné une chambre donnant sur la didcothèque car elle n'avait plus que cela; j'ai très mal dormi, car en plus de la musique, il y a eu 2 interventions la nuit soit d'ambulance soit de police avec sirène; je n'étais pas très bien lors de ma journée de dimanche ou j'étais vendeur à une foire car tropfatigué;il y avait de plus à la réception, en même temps que nous un autre client auquel, la dame de la réceptioin a donné une chambre non prête et qui est revenu aussi se plaindre! J'allais en moyenne 2 fois l'an à cet hôtel, vous pouvez vérifier, je n'y retournerai que s'ils font un geste commercial pour mon prochain séjour; si pas je changerai d'hôtel, cela ne manque pas dans le coin;

L'amabilité du personnel.

La navette pour Orly fonctionne jusqu'à 9h seulement; quand on a un vol a 13h30, on fait quoi à l'aéroport aussi tôt? Il faudrait prévoir un service pour les bagages à monter. C'est tuant de porter des bagages sur 3 étages avec un escalier à colimaçons particulièrement étroit . Surtout quand on ne passe qu'une nuit à l'hôtel!

Ne pas être averti par le personnel de l'accueil que la navette vers l'aéroport ne puisse faire le trajet suite à un problème d'accident qui bloquait les accès. J'y suis allé avec mon véhicule et finalement l'accès n'était pas encombré.
