Close to metro station (terminal of No 11). Economic price. Friendly madam, who can speak English very well. Shops including supermarket are around there. Smooth WiFi access.

Not bad, but we had to pay by cash when check in. The reputation helped as I could know it beforehand!

Great staff, friendly service, one of the best free breakfasts including a sandwich for lunch later, rooms and bathrooms kept very clean

price, but hey, its Paris.. as far as places go, this is relatively cheap

The room is fitted for 2 person and too tiny for 5 of us. No air-conditioner. It was too hot even at the night time after 11pm. None of us can sleep well with such environment.

Cleanliness. Owner gave us very detail information for sightseeing.

The towel in the bathroom is old and hard. We have to take off our shoes to get into the room. Have to pay cash.

Five minute walk from metro stop. Friendly owner.

Hmmmm. It's hard to be fair. I think Sabine House is great if you are a group of students looking for cheap accommodation close to Paris. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the host helpful. The mistake is in describing Sabine House as a hotel, it's not. It's a reasonably priced place to sleep. That's it. I didn't feel very safe in the area.

    Not far from metro.

    Bad sound insulation.

Sabine was very kind and helpful. Location is god since near to metro station. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Bathroom in the room was large and clean. There is a small fridge and kitchen in the room.

The smell of the reception was terrible. Although rooms are so clean, reception implies that we should not check in. But we stayed in the hotel and we were happy to choose Sabine.

Good location - a little bit from center of Paris. Metro station is close. Accommodating owner.

Small room for five, thin walls therefore you hear every noise.

This place was a life saver, not only was it a great price, but Sonja, the owner was really nice and accommodating. The Sabine House is in a great location just outside of Paris, only 30 minutes by car or an hour by transit. The rooms were clean and efficient. We were able to pick up a few groceries to cook our breakfast in the mornings while there, on the little stove top in our room, and there were more than enough beds for our family of 7. We were literally able to booked our rooms the day before we were to arrive in Paris, after bridgestreet opera cancelled our reservations that we booked nearly 4 months in advance and after taking half of the payment for the apartments. Thank you Sonja, for your warmth and kindness.

Nothing, everything was great. Forewarning though, parking is very limited at her place.

Some confusion over our booking - there was initially no room for us although of course we had booked. A room was found for us but that was worrying when we had young children who were tired.

Nice little town and a short walk from the metro and shops/cafés. Beds aren't super comfortable but they are clean. Madame Sonia was very friendly and helpful giving us directions. A shuttle service is provided which made it very nice when you are traveling with luggage and a small kid. There was a small range stove and refrigerator also in the room.

No soap. Towels are very rough. Wi-fi was a bit spotty.

Attention was the best. You can get the best tips to admire Paris from the experts ( the landlord of the property )

Some part of the facilities like the mattresses could be improved

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk from Metro station. Suites best if you are with a family on a trip to Paris and need an economical accommodation. The staff can speak English. The car park space is also provided.

    1) Helpful landlady 2) Safe neighborhood

    1) Noise from the adjacent dorm rooms in the house all through the night 2) Small size of the five member room, little space to move around the room or keep your baggage (the room size could accommodate a max. of 3 persons) 3) 500m walk from the nearest metro/bus

Loved the food! Big breakfast including multiple proteins, not just bread like everywhere else. And she makes us all a big baguette ham sandwich to take with us for lunch! It felt like home! I really hated to leave.. i'll definitely go back next time i'm in Paris!

The mattresses are reeeeally thin. With my weight, i could feel the wood slats under me. But if you're not big, they're probably perfectly fine!

Clean family-owned hostel in a nice, safe neighbourhood. Not far from the city centre (by metro). Big breakfast plus a sandwich for lunch. The important thing for me was that the place was safe, the owners live in the same building and can be contacted any time. All the rules are respected, there's order, other people are friendly.

The couple who run the guest house are extremely friendly and accommodating. They have given the place a personal touch and are very helpful with tourist information and knowledgeable. We had a choice of authentic Korean breakfast!! Or continental. Where can you find that in Paris! I would definitely stay here again.

Roadworks did mean the place was a bit noisy. But I'm sure that will pass. The area is at the end of the metro line. But it is authetic Paris. Not touristy.

I slept in the 8-person dorm room, which has the big disadvantage that all 8-person dorms have. Then again, the TV, fridge, sink, stove and WIFI make it sort of homely. The staff are simply excellent.
