the owner of the property was very friendly, never tied of giving direction to places when asked.her house is open to guest 24/7.u feel like home.
the room is too cool in the morning.the break fast and Launch(food)is always same every day.no variety like corn flakes e.t.c.lunch another food
the owner is wonderful and very friendly!!!
very cramped up!
The owner was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and she gave us a sandwich for later.
The price is very reasonable for Paris and the Metro is a 3 minutes walk. Metro train takes 15 minutes and you're in downtown Paris. Sonia and staff are very helpful, she even allowed us to park our vehicle past our checkout time so we can squeeze more time in in Paris. We appreciate he hospitality!
Pillows are too flat and time to replace the towels. Overall, great stay at Sabine's house.
The landlady, Sonia, is a very nice person. She is very helpful and loving in nature. She went out of the way in making our stay comfortable. Her guidance in usage of the metro service in Paris was invaluable for us to get around easily and very cheap too ( 37 euros for a 7 day pass !!) She served us a good breakfast every day. The kitchen facility in the rooms is very useful to make yourself some bed tea or to store your drinks and food you may have brought in from outside. A very homely place and I recommend it heartily to persons who want peace and quiet and not a 5 star impersonal treatment.
The nicest lady in the world runs the place. she will even check your which terminal your flight is at and will do so much to help you. only a 5 minute walk from the metro
The stuff was so helpful to expalained me about the best route tot the airport, also one by one explained how to use light and so on... Nice bed so relex just like hotel with clean sheet and soft quilt like home .
Nothing didn't like .
Free breakfast and a free sandwich for lunch
Close to metro station (terminal of No 11). Economic price. Friendly madam, who can speak English very well. Shops including supermarket are around there. Smooth WiFi access.
Not bad, but we had to pay by cash when check in. The reputation helped as I could know it beforehand!
Great staff, friendly service, one of the best free breakfasts including a sandwich for lunch later, rooms and bathrooms kept very clean
price, but hey, its Paris.. as far as places go, this is relatively cheap
The room is fitted for 2 person and too tiny for 5 of us. No air-conditioner. It was too hot even at the night time after 11pm. None of us can sleep well with such environment.
Cleanliness. Owner gave us very detail information for sightseeing.
The towel in the bathroom is old and hard. We have to take off our shoes to get into the room. Have to pay cash.
Five minute walk from metro stop. Friendly owner.
Hmmmm. It's hard to be fair. I think Sabine House is great if you are a group of students looking for cheap accommodation close to Paris. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the host helpful. The mistake is in describing Sabine House as a hotel, it's not. It's a reasonably priced place to sleep. That's it. I didn't feel very safe in the area.
Not far from metro.
Bad sound insulation.
Sabine was very kind and helpful. Location is god since near to metro station. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Bathroom in the room was large and clean. There is a small fridge and kitchen in the room.
The smell of the reception was terrible. Although rooms are so clean, reception implies that we should not check in. But we stayed in the hotel and we were happy to choose Sabine.
Very clean Residence part (studio) is really wide You can use the small terrace and balcony There is free parking in the center of Paris The landlady is extremely kind
Good location - a little bit from center of Paris. Metro station is close. Accommodating owner.
Small room for five, thin walls therefore you hear every noise.
This place was a life saver, not only was it a great price, but Sonja, the owner was really nice and accommodating. The Sabine House is in a great location just outside of Paris, only 30 minutes by car or an hour by transit. The rooms were clean and efficient. We were able to pick up a few groceries to cook our breakfast in the mornings while there, on the little stove top in our room, and there were more than enough beds for our family of 7. We were literally able to booked our rooms the day before we were to arrive in Paris, after bridgestreet opera cancelled our reservations that we booked nearly 4 months in advance and after taking half of the payment for the apartments. Thank you Sonja, for your warmth and kindness.
Nothing, everything was great. Forewarning though, parking is very limited at her place.
staff is very caring and guide me properly. i feel like at home. i was good experience to stayed at sabine house
Some confusion over our booking - there was initially no room for us although of course we had booked. A room was found for us but that was worrying when we had young children who were tired.
Nice little town and a short walk from the metro and shops/cafés. Beds aren't super comfortable but they are clean. Madame Sonia was very friendly and helpful giving us directions. A shuttle service is provided which made it very nice when you are traveling with luggage and a small kid. There was a small range stove and refrigerator also in the room.
No soap. Towels are very rough. Wi-fi was a bit spotty.
Secure parking. Very helpful, gave good advice about getting around Paris. Very easy access to metro.
Attention was the best. You can get the best tips to admire Paris from the experts ( the landlord of the property )
Some part of the facilities like the mattresses could be improved
owner was really kind.
the location was a little far from the center of city.
