Honestly, with exception of the location and free parking, not too many things deserve positive remarks.

Maybe we have visited the hotel at the begining of the seasion (May 2013), but it really needs a lot of cleaning and renovations.

Very welcoming staff. Room as promised, on-site parking, central location.

Wi-fi connection was iffy - but it did work in the rooms, not only in common areas.

If the property only as a place to sleep, this is a great option.

Suppose to be 2 star hotel and we booked a superior delux room, it is a no star hotel and we had a below standard room. The hotel was like a renovation site, the reception area looked like a bomb had gone off, the breakfast area facilities were old and tired, the room had holes in the wall with exposed wiring, the floor was painted concrete, bothroom had black mould, the rear deching was nice however had no privacy as there were no dividing screens between rooms and look at the rear of the office area which looked like a dump site. Should not have opened until renovations had finished that is assuming that they are renovating and it is not the norm.

Only 5 mins walk and we were at Port Frejus so very good location Parking was at the door of the hotel secure gate at night Owner was very helpful with any information

The hotel was under much needed refurbishment and our room had been done ----still very basic but have to say very clean so if you looking for fancy place don't bother going , for us we are touring round Europe so just needed a dog friendly hotel , clean room and shower with secure parking and Internet / WIFI ----- Internet / WIFI had been cut off a few days before so very disappointing :-(

The owner of the hotel was very nice and helpfull, we had a very nice conversation. The hotel is placed near the harbor, so you can have a short walk. We stayed there only for one night, so we didn't explore the town to much. The hotel provide free private parking.

The room was not very comfortable, it was cold and a lot of humidity. Also the bathroom was not so nice. The owners just bought the property, so I hope they will make some improvements there.

Price, Position and Parking

- Structure very different from the pictures on booking website - common balcony with other rooms - internet only in common areas - they didn't have a map of the city at the reception

Location was good

We were expecting budget accommodation but this was more like a hostel no comfort or frills at all, we ended up staying elsewhere as we couldn't bring ourselves to unpack !

thanks to owner/reseptionist, very friendly and cute, just loved her. The rooms are very clean. Hotel is good for it's money, that's why it is almoust full.

nous avons appréciez le calme, la proximité ville et plage accessible à pieds.

L'accueil La proximité du port de la plage et des commerces.... La gentillesse de la patronne ( christine).... Un hôtel familiale...parfait.

Le personnel est très acceuillant, etablissement propre et bien entretenu, chambre très agréable

Il manquait dans la chambre de quoi ranger les affaires, ou au moins des porte manteaux pour suspendre les habits.

Accueil très chaleureux, et surtout très bien pour le chien.

Accueil simple mais très agréable et familial. Bonne situation géographique. Gentillesse de la propriétaire des lieux.
