Hotel was well located, well worn but clean. Breakfasts were more than adequate for price charged. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. A little more attention to detail, such a curtains in bedroom not hung properly, unable to close them as they were coming away from runner. |

reception staff were very helpful Food in the hotel was not good. Breakfast was very basic even for continental. But the price for breakfast was very reasonable on 5 euro and dinner was 10 euro. |

Very reasonably priced. A very basic breakfast and minimalistic room, still I had a tv and a phone. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom and the cups for hot chocolate or coffee for breakfast are huge. Staff does not speak much English and there is not internet access. |

The carpet inside the room that was given to us had water damage. In fact, it was still damp when we got there. Hallway lights had motion detectors which means that when you get out of your room at night you had to walk down the middle of the hallway first before lights would turn on. The front staircase at night was also very dark. Reception was manned only until 10:00 p.m. Toilet was separate from the shower room. There was no aircondition so we had to grab one of the electric fans we saw on the hallway. |

The staff was friendly and helpful, but very little english. The bathroom was of ample size but the shower leaked into the room. Room was of adequate size and clean. Located in a quieter area with free easy access parking. We did not have the breakfast. |

Rooms were clean and cheap. They also offered 3 course meals for only 10 euros, cheaper than the eateries around. Since Lourdes is so small, it was always easy to go back to the hotel and catch a quick meal. Services were basic, tho. The TV in our room was stuck on only one channel. |

Tienen muy bien montado el sistema por si llegas tarde para poder alojarte. También que está ubicado relativamente cerca del santuario pero en una zona donde no hay ningún problema para aparcar. Si bien fueron muy amables, creo que en un hotel de una zona tan turística tendrían que hablar lo básico de español y/o inglés. Pero en Francia esto no pasa solo en este hotel, sino en las tiendas, etc. |

Nous avons aimé la proximité du sanctuaire. Les déplacements se font à pied, la voiture est garée sur un grand parking public et gratuit, face à l'hôtel. Prix de la nuité imbattable 35€ pour deux ! Les chambres sont mal insonorisées mais à ce prix là on supporte un peu de bruit. |

El hotel es muy cutre. Tiene un ascensor mínimo. Coincidimos en la entrada al hotel con un autobús y tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras (3 pisos) después de esperar media hora, sin lograr pillar el ascensor. Las moquetas muy viejas. La cortina de la ducha, daba asco. |
