Location, Location, Location. The hotel is in a vary nice neighborhood and very close to many shops, restaurants, and more importantly metro stations. Just walk 5 mins to Rue d'Italie and enjoy. You can use the metro station Place d'Italie as well as Corvisart. In the evening, the bars in Rue de la Butte aux Cailles give you a sense of original France. The free internet was great. Although it says only in public locations you can still get the signal if you are in some of the rooms in first and second floors albeit a little slower. The room was small. You can't have more than one baggage or you'll get stuck. No fridge but as everyone else said use the bar. Very dark room. A bit expensive for what you get. We were in a 3-star hotel in Italy before checking in here and it was way better for less price, e.g.: it had a fridge, an electric kettle, free tea bags/coffee everyday, bigger room for 20 euros less than here (40 euros/night in Italy, 60 here). |

Nice interior. Friendly personal in the reception. Nice fairly simple hotel. Good value for its price. Not so generous breakfast. Somewhat stained wall to wall carpeting in rooms. Beds too firm. Street noicy at night, rooms toward the yard nice and quite. |

Very nice hotel for that price. Personel is friendly and helpful.There's not too much space in twin room, but there are LCD TV, conditioner, hair-dryer & wall-outlets. No fridge in the number, but you can use one in the bar, just ask receptionist. Bathroom is OK. Rooms are cleaned every day. Location is quite OK, 10 min on feet to metro station Corvisart. There is also Rue d'Alesia in about 20 min walking, the mean street with lots of discount and stock shops. The street hotel is standing on is pretty narrow and all outside sounds are echoing very loudly. So quite noisy if sleeping with opened window, better make shure to get room facing yard. But on the other hand there is a good city view in rooms facing street higher from 4 floor and up. If there was a fridge in the number, it would be the ideal room for that money. :) |

There are a lot of restaurants nearby, the metro station is quite close to the hotel. If you need a cheap hotel without much comfort, you"ll like it. The rooms are so small, that we woke up in the morning with our feet in the suit case. They're extremely small!!! One day the cleaning lady couldn't even enter because my suitcase blocked her way. |

The location is really nice. It's not far from Place d'Italie and the metro station, but it is located in a nice street with bars and restaurants. We apprecciated the air onditioning, as it was really hot (the regulation is in each room). Tha staff was really kind. |

We liked the neighbourhood, it's 'common' Paris with bars and restaurants. The street where the hotel is, is quiet. The rooms are small. |
