The owner was very hospitable and kindly explained the tram system, the best spots to visit locally and he also allowed us to leave our luggage there during the day after we had checked-out. He is undertaking renovations in the hotel to make it more comfortable including installing flat screen TV's in the rooms. The hotel is very conveniently located in the old quarter of town close to the restaurants and local sites. |

The owner was very friendly and helpful and was there to greet us even though we arrived late in the evening.Room was basic but clean and comfortable.The hotel had a good central location .We enjoyed our stay here. Ther bathroom was small ,odd shaped bath which was difficult to stand in for shower also toilet was a bit strange ! But the shower worked fine and everywhere was clean.No lift so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs ,this was no problem for us but could be for some people. |

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was large. Even though we spent one night facing the street, it was no problem as the windows blocked all the noise. The owners were very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel! |

Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Location perfect, within a couple of minutes walking distance to city shops, castle and cathedral. We had a room overlooking the garden of the church which was nice and quiet. Simple and cheap breakfast certainly sets you up for the day. We would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for budget accomodation and would stay there again if visiting Nantes |

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hotel, idéalement situé dans le secteur piétonier du centre-ville.Petit déjeuner à 4€ (!) simple mais tout à fait suffisant. Ecran plat dans les chambres. Salle de bains un peu exigüe, mais pour un court séjour c'est tout à fait correct |

La sua centralità, la pulizia e la gentilezza del proprietario. E' stato necessario servirsi di un parcheggio a pagamento abbastanza difficile da trovare. In caso di alberghi in zone pedonali, sarebbe bene riservare ai clienti dell'albergo parcheggi inclusi nel prezzo e il più vicino possibile all'hotel. |

L'hôtel est situé en plein centre de Nantes, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons retenu l'amabilité et la disponibilité du patron. La salle de bains aurait besoin d'un petit rajeunissement.. |

L'hotel est bien situé, en plein coeur du centre de Nantes, sans pour autant être bruyant. Le cadre et le mobilier sont simples, mais tout à fait acceptables par rapport au prix et à la situation. L'accueil est agréable. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Un peu bruyant le matin après 9h pour ce qui veulent faire la grasse- matinée... |
