Proximity to the Aiffel Tower. Located in a safe area. 24-hour reception. There is no elevator for the top floor (attic) and thus, I would have appreciated some help with the luggage. The bed size vs the size of the mattress which was larger than the bed. It should have been made clear that a couple and 1 child do not fit in the rooms, while the attic rooms are very uncomfortable for tall people (175cm). Not sufficient air in the attic rooms; perhaps these should not be rented, or should be rented for a discounted price. |

The location is very convenient, the facade, reception and breakfast room are very nice. The carpet of the staircase leading to the rooms is tired and needs changing. My room was fine but is starting to age a litle bit. |

The room was so cute and vintage looking. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel, and there is an Irish pub right accross the street. Not really, the room was small but we didn't plan on staying at the hotel much anyways. |

convenient location, helpful personnel, fair price first floor rooms facing the street suffer from noise generated by people in pub across the street |

Very convenient to bus and metro and Rue Cler area. Very close to boulangeries and small groceries. Good for a single woman traveling for proximity to everything. Room was small but rather charming. Patio was not as pictured - had a dumpster in it - the photo used to promote charm was very misleading. Staff a little reluctant to be of service. No English channel on Tv, TV in room didn't work and I had to carry the TV to another room to exchange it with one that worked. Staff didn't know if there was an English-speaking channel - ie, it wasn't important to them to accommodate English speakers who wanted the news. Room too small for 2 people. |

The staff was all very pleasant and helpful, especially M. Clency and the gentleman who called a taxi for us when we were leaving, and our van transportation did not arrive. The place is charming, and the neighborhood has several good places to eat in walking distance. A shower curtain could be helpful. |

The location is excellent, in a professional neigbourhood and walking distance to everything, one block from the Seine. You feel like to live in Paris, not like to be a tourist in Paris. The room was cosy, the view romantic, and the lobby unique. Its clean. We did take the breakfast outside (a very good cafe on the corner, bakery...). Metro and RER closed by, makes airport transfer and city travel easy. Good hideaway. Staff polite and helpful. The room we choose, had a sort of 50 retrolook, which my wife and I liked lot. It was almost spotless clean and had a relative large bath with a window and tub. Rooms are not, however, for people who are after the standard, or fancy room, which I have seen to many on business travel. I have no critique point. Price seems on the upper end for the class but if you value what I regard as pro´s you get what you pay for by Paris price levels. Streetside seems not as noisy anymore as former comments suggest. So choose if you want to see the Eifel Tower from your Room or the garden view. |

Very friendly English speaking personnel. Even though we had very noisy children running through the corridor. The Eiffel tower and metro are nearby the hotel. Restaurants and shops are all nearby. no tv channel block for children. Breakfast was not as good as across the street, no warm bread with cheese etc. |

Very good location. Good and clean environment. Close to all main tourists attractions specially Eiffel Tower, La Seine, Place des Invalides etc.... Metro stations 5 min walk from hotel. Shopping facility including coffee shops and mini supermarkets. Hotel must invest in new pillows. |

The location of the hotel was the best thing of all , you can easily find Eiffel Tour and the shops are close. The woman at the desk was nice and she was really helpful. The room was clean. It should have air conditioner, the price is expensive according to the size of rooms. |

Well located 10 minutes on foot to Eifel Tower and 5 minutes to Metro Station. Safe area with good restaurants and cafés. Room to the street is noisy. It could have for this price breakfast included. |

The location was the key factor to this hotel! The hotel is old and not cared for properly. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls with water stains on it! The bathroom was old and did not have outside ventilation. We had a street facing room that was very noisy! |

I liked the friendly and cosy atmosphere of this hotel. The staff were very kind and informative and the location of the hotel was ideal for viewing the art galleries and museums of Paris. It was a quiet oasis to return to after the hustle and bustle of other areas of Paris. The public areas such as the staircases need renovating. |
