It delivered exactly what I expected. The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient and the maids did an excellent job of room maintenance

French hotels are, perhaps, the worst in Europe. Rooms are extremely small and basic. Managers and proprietors should visit other countries and learn from them.

every where was within easy reach that we wanted to visit . The beach , ruins , port , old town , shopping , eating out , tramway and railway station and bus links . perfect . hotel staff were very friendly and helpful . great stay

location is great!!! The best location for city walks:shopping,beach, bus and train stations. Staff is friendly.

It was pretty cold in the room and climate control was broken.I was lucky that I was there in April ,when the weather not so cold.

We could walk from the train station. We were close to the main street with the light rail; the old town and restaurants; and the airport. It worked well for us.

The minuses: it is very dark in the room, very blunt old porter on reception.

Within Hotel & Catering, it is important to ensure the little details are seen to before the pre-arrival stage. From my stay, I encountered very poor cleanliness in the bedroom. The room could have done with a good dusting, light bulbs in the room should have checked to ensure all were working, the tiles in the bathroom needed replacing especially in the shower where mould has been growing. From witnessing this, I felt uncomfortable to have a shower. Television cable was very dangerous in the room which would put the safety of the guest at risk as well as the sockets in the room. Very disappointed with the room in total and the staff member just noted it on departure. It is vital when the guest leaves they are happy as they are potential customers in the future as well as promoting the establishment.

Service was ok, and location is good (right next to the stores, only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach). Hotel was also safe and quiet and the air conditioning worked very well.

The room wasn't very cozy, there wasn't, for example, a lamp in the ceiling. But the worst was that the cleaning of the room didn't work. The walls of the bathroom were clearly dirty, we didn't get 2 clean towels every day (only one) and once the cleaning lady didn't even make our bed properly. Because of the cleaning issue, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
