The central position.

Only one TV channel in English. Double room with balcony only had ONE chair.

Convenient location. Friendly staff

Room needs better lighting. Continental breakfast needs more variety.

Location, very easy to reach from the Avenue Jean Medecin, and withing walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Staff were also nice and accomodating, the hotel is nicely decorated, nothing WOW, but at least pleasant and comfortable.

Didn´t find anything bad or unpleasant... Maybe the Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss.

I didn't like the design of my room.

In spite of mixed reviews, we found the hotel an excellent choice. Quiet, central position a few minutes from the station and even closer to the main shops. 10 minutes from the old town and 15 from the Promenade des Anglais. Comfortable room and very friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Superb value for money.

En-suite shower room definitely not designed for a 6-foot plus person!

The hotel has charged 10 euro from my credit card at the day of booking, and has not decreased my bill by this amount at check-out. So I paid them more than it was advertised at booking.com.

I loved the location. The staff. My room was very comfortable and clean.

Everything was ok except lift wasn't working throughout my 5 day stay.

Had breakfast only once due to cold brewed coffee and not enough french bread

the hotel was under reconstruction, but was also quite and it didnt disturbe our stay there... the staff was really nice:)

nothing important just it was impossible to close our window properly, but there is oportunity to "close it" with an outdoor roller blind

Room was very cramped The garden wasn't really usable as pictured in the website. It was quite rundown and grubby. The decor and carpets are a bit dated and grubby.

Room a good size, bathroom was tired, lighting not good - ineffecient energy lights perhaps, staff were excellent. Price high but most probably because ut was Nice, prices generally were high - a bit like London, becoming unaffordable

Really friendly staff and good position.

The hotel is near the main avenue where you can take public transport. The room is simple and provides the basics. The reception is fair.

The room is very simple, the view from the room is for other buildings. The balcony door does not close well, offering risks to people get into the room. The bathroom is very simple and we had a problem with the shower door leaking water. The room had no fridge nor safe.

Very noisy; basic facilities, uncomfortable bed

It's very small. Shower is such that it is difficult to fit. Breakfast -bread from the store. No greens, although the site of many. The doors to the shower without a handle. Hooks for towels fall off. The air conditioning does not work.

The location near main street and train station was excellent. Many good restaurants and shops were very near of the hotel.

Free Wi-Fi at the hotel didn't work as it was supposed to. More than half of the time I couldn't get connection at all (with my smartphone).

A very good price for Nice. So very handy for all public transport. Staff were very helpful.

The buffet breakfast was 8.50 euros and was not very good at all. Very poor. Only had one breakfast.

It's located within walking distance of the main train station in Nice as well as the beach promenade. It takes just 20 mins by taxi from the Nice international airport. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic and functional.

The hotel is fairly basic and perhaps can do with a change in carpets, beds and furnishings. Our bathroom is quite new but our friends in the adjacent room got an old bathroom. For the price we paid for, I would have expected a little better and more modern facilities. I would recommend this hotel to my friends if only the rate is lower in keeping with the level of facilities.

People at the reception and in the caffetteria where always very nice and kind, providing very useful information when needed. The room was large and comfortable.
