Staff service beds price location
drains in bathroom smelled
Good location, good price quality level in general.
Ridicolous Bathroom. 2nd night was not booked trought booking.com and they charged more ( I personally believe they could have adviced before, it's a question of style..). One person at the reception not 100% polite making irony of my self saying I was nervouse. However he did offer a brekfast to repair on it but I was so upset couldn not accept.
Staff was professional, friendly and extremely helpful, offering suggestions for best routes to destinations in Nice, as well as when we were leaving for Provence. Outdoor garden was lovely - tired of eating out, we bought takeaway items at market one night and sat under the stars!
Room could have better lighting.
Location close to a patisserie for croissant and coffee in the morning at very reasonable cost.
Pleasant outdoor courtyard at back.
We asked for a quiet room - so they gave us one overlooking the street. Sometime after midnight the TV suddenly came on loudly. We were woken before 7am by loud voices in the corridor. At breakfast, the croissants had run out.
It had a bed to sleep in
No parking, no English speaking staff to assist, no valet, concierge gave me incorrect room number meaning multiple trips up and down the lift with heavy suitcase after 12-hour day of travelling. No assistance when I finally found parking four blocks away and asked for directions back to the hotel so wandered around until I finally saw the French police who kindly helped me find my way to the hotel.
Dirt smelly drainage in room 32
Friendly and professional staff, good mattresses, silent aircondition, quiet room, nice garden.
The Breakfast at 9Euro is a rip off. The entrance may have been refurbished but once inside the rooms are shabby On check out I was changed more then the night rate I have booked at - Beware if you do decide to stay here.
Good value for money. Location close to railway station and shops and short walking distance from old town and beach. Very silent room.
Not very smoothly working wifi. Old and faded interior decoration in room.
One of the best locations - close to both the beach and the central railway station. The hotel is next to the central avenue with tram lines and shops, therefore, full of people, but it's still quite peaceful there.Very friendly and helpful staff, probably the best staff I have ever met at any hotel!
The only thing that disturbed me was the street light as it was just in front of the window and the curtains were almost transparent.
The location was great and the room itself was adequate.
The lack of regular bars of soap and the fact that there was only 1 English language station on the television.
Hussein was very helpful and arranged for a day trip in small 9 seater to Monaco, Cannes, etc etc. Excellent value, lovely outdoor area for meals or drinks. Next door a good Chinese restaurant
Nothing really, as it was good value.
Proximity to the train station was important for us, yet we wanted a nice place to stay. The cost was a little high, but it served us well.
there is no frigo in z room
Free wifi and location.
Only one English language channel on the tv. Plastic cup in bathroom never replaced with a new one. Elevator is scarily small.
The location was excellent, very friendly staff.
excellent location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quietness of room to the garden, lobby
Mosquitos, rather dirty carpet in the room
Central location. Friendly, helpful staff
The hotel provided an excellent venue for a group of business guests attending the Monaco Grand Prix. The staff were excellent and provided a drinks reception on two nights. All the guests were more than satisfied with the choice of hotel
Close to train station no noise, thinking of it close to everything!
