the reception desk were very welcoming and helpful. especially Pierre!! the room was elegantly designed and the decorations were very pleasent. it was a very nice choice to live in when in Paris. |

The staff were very friendly on our first night we were quite late arriving due to our train times we hadent eaten - we recommended a restaurant by a chap on reception, not only did he phone ahead for us but also made sure that it was one he new was open late, the restaurant was fantastic - the staff of the hotel really went out of there way to be helpful. |

EVerything, I have been coming back to' the hotel for the last 5 years, the hotel is charming and perfect for a romantica week end, and Pierre, the concierge, is amazing Bed a tiny bit too small.. Otherwise great |

Good location with great service. Right next to the metro (Rue du Bac). Many sights nearby and within 4 or 5 blocks of the Louvre. The internet (WiFi) was not great, but it did work. |

Отель прекоасно расположен, до лувра 5 минут, до остальных достопримечательностей мы ходили только пешком. Персонал очень приветлив, есть дополнительные помещения: библиотека, холл, гостиная (там завтракают). Хотелось бы более плотный завтрак 9настоящий шведский стол с горячим блюдом). |

het hotel is zeer goed gelegen voor mensen die de stad en specifiek de buurt van de antiekwinkels willen bezoeken.s'avonds is men op 10 min stappen aan de eifeltoren om een prachtig lichtspel te bewonderen |

la posizione vicino al museo d'Orsay e comunque posto al centro rispetto ai principali luoghi di interesse.la metro a portata di mano. la via non trafficata, ma comunque vivace,dove si trovano tutti i generi di negozi, dagli alimentari alla profumeria, vestiario, caffè, etc. vicino al bellissimo boulevard Saint Germain. la calma dell'atmosfera e dello staff che è risultato sempre molto disponibile. la colazione in ambiente soft.la camera molto "francese" . minimi difettucci:la toilette, separata dalla sala doccia con ampio lavabo, era effettivamente piuttosto ridotta come dimensioni e priva di finestra. il letto molto piccolo, alla francese. |

Ottimo il personale, utile il wi-fi compreso nel prezzo, buona la posizione, via tranquilla, metro a 150 metri e comunque a solo 1 Km dal Louvre. Non sono cose negative ma sono cose che (volendo) si possono migliorare facilmente: Si riceve solo una tv Italiana, non cè un frigo bar, non è agevole fare la doccia, la cassetta di sicurezza è troppo in basso. |

La proximité de nos rendez-vous et le prix de la chambre. la salle du petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout en rapport avec le nombre de chambres.L'offre du petit déjeuner est minimaliste. |

sa localisation , très extraordinaire avec toutes les commodités juste à côté(metro, vélos,resto très bon, boulangerie, pharmacie, grand magasin,glacier,) et pas loin à vélo des musées, des chouettes quartiers à visiter;;;;;;son accueil très très bien;;;;la salle de bain propre et commode;;;;la chambre intime le bruit des conduites de radiateur des voisins, le petit dêjeuner un peu trop simple (croissants non frais et pas de baguette de pain à la française....et l'on est à Paris...)quoique offert....l'absence dans les chambres de boite de mouchoirs , de coton de demaquillage, de bonnet pour la douche , de miroir agrandissant pour le maquillage, de coton auriculaire)....la salle de petit dêjeuner trop petite serait à revoir |
