Hotel Saint Honore

Jeg var positiv overrasket over at man til den rimelige pris, stadigvæk får gjort værelset rent og nye håndklæder hver dag. Det er et fint lille hotel, hvor der er det man har behov for på en storbyferie, nemlig et sted at sove og gå i bad. Med Hotel Saint Honore's placering, tæt på det hele, er det et fremragende udgangspunkt for at udforske Paris.

Hotellet er placeret i en smal gammel bygning, så man skal være forberedt på at slæbe sin kuffert op ad de smalle små trapper til værelset. Der er meget lydt i rummene, hvorfor man kan risikere at blive vækket af andre gæster der kommer sent hjem, eller støj fra gaden.

Very, very low standard, restroom outside room, I had to leave my room at 10 am (in my reservation wrote: 12.00).Generally: it was low standard of cheap hostel. And my room was in other building then main Hotel.

Good place, clean for the money

They overbooked and send me to another hotel. I had to pay more in the other one for even less quality. When I came back for the other night I was staying they offer to pay the difference by offering me breakfast, which I did not even dare to have.

It's absolutely smack in the middle of everything to see and do. It's one train/tube stop from Paris Nord so if you take the Eurostar in you're set, and near like 10 other stations so you can get anywhere. You can walk to virtually every attraction in Paris... the location is truly amazing for the price. The bathroom was clean, the shower worked and had good pressure, the guy at the desk was nice, and the room was big enough.

If you're someone who stays in chain hotels like Holiday Inn like most Americans, and you have little experience with independently owned hotels outside North America, then you'll have a problem. But if you're a seasoned traveller you'll know that buildings in Europe, particularly in the middle of cities, tend to be old (duh). The location was fantastic, and okay, it was a bit older, but it was clean, the shower worked, and the water was hot. I think the negative reviews were written by people who don't travel much and don't understand what accomodations are like outside of the US. If you're on your first trip outside the US, be quiet and stay in a US-owned chain hotel. If you know what to expect, it's a great deal.

The worst Hotel ever been.Everything was very dirty,the blankets and bedsheets was grubby.The bathroom was uncleaned and it had an odious smell.Very noise inside the hotel.There are 4 floors and no elevator.We left hotel the same day.No recommented Hotel.

Close to Chatelet-les Halles transport hub and park.

Hallways not lighted. Stair risers irregular.

Liked: the friendly staff; the location to City Attractions; the price was considered too high for quailty, but not cruical to my decision.

Disliked: too many to mention, but the main things were... Thin walls [no sleep before 1am due to neighbours noise and inconsideration of any other people sleeping]; musty smelling bathroom where your kness hit the wall when you sat down; wobbly table; window that would not close firmly [and with mosquitoes trying to get in!!!]; wardrobe door jammed open ...and more....

Excellent position, right in the heart of the city and close to most of the attractions in Paris.

They don't have an elevator, so might be s small problem for elders going up to the 5th floor!

near location to louvre museum

Everything i did not like, and i list the things: - the staff service (the guy in the night shift was really rude and lack of service) - room was very small, - we asked for a different room, and the guy said he did not have other available, but of course he had, at the end he assigned us other room, but just one floor below and of course dirty, -stairs were with no light, in the night was really dangerous go upstairs, of course was not elevator. - the shower curtain was with mold. - towels were not sufficient - washroom was dirty - you can listen the noise from other rooms, like everybody was in the same room, really annoying - i could not never connect to the internet - i insist, the manner of the guy in the night shift was gross.dont go!

The staff are very friendly, the hotel its in an idealy placed

The public toilet in the basement has an odour and very strange light

The helpful staff, the spacious room, the clean toilet, the short distance to the Metro station/shops/diners/cafes/laundrette

House-keeping did not change our blankets though we tried to indicate that we needed to change.
