extremely helpful and friendly staff. great location. attractive room and nice bathroom with good shower. large flat panel tv. good maid service. good elevator. attractive and very neat breakfast room. well managed. room extremely small...no place to open luggage. mattress too soft. inadequate light for reading. only four hangers in small closet. at times, hot water took nearly a minute to arrive. no CNN channel on tv. limited selection for 14 euro breakfast. no daily english newspaper in lobby. a larger room was about 20 euros more and was only about one foot longer and one foot wider....not good value. but, excellent staff made up for shortcomings.

It was close to everything. Breakfast wasn't exactly free with my room, ( five pounds extra if I wanted actual hot breakfast items)

Easy access by train from cdg airport, and easy access to Metro/RER when going to business meetings. The area is nice with a lot of shopping, museums and restaurants. This part of Rue St. Honore is fairly quiet. Room was nicely renovated and clean. Bed - too hard Aircon - not possible to adjust meaning the rooms was too warm in the night (didn't want to open window because of noise) Breakfast - the selection is very poor, if I had known beforehand I would take my breakfast in one of the local cafes/patisseries. Shower - water pressure can be better, but no problem Size of the room I had was not large, but ok for one person. Two people can be a bit cramped.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is excellent and it is within walking distance to Museum Lourve, Pont Neuf, Basilica of Notre Dame, Sistine Chapelle and the river bank of Seine River! There are few metro stations nearby too! The room is slightly small but it is super comfy! I will come back to stay for my next trip!

A new hotel right in the middle of city. Too new that basic amenities are not in place. Rooms are too small for family travelling with infant/child.

Wonderful little hotel with an excellent staff in a truly superior location. The main clerk/concierge was just a delight- very willing and anxious to assist with any needs or questions that we had. Extremely clean and tidy and a modern, pleasant decor. On a fairly busy street, which we enjoyed, but not all travellers would love the noise. Very accessible location and it felt very comfortable and safe. You must believe it when reviewers say the rooms are tiny. They are, however, laid out beautifully to take advantage of every square foot. We (parents) had a superior room that had slightly more space, but our teenage children shared a smaller room. We did not mind the size because we spent little time in the room.

The hotel is renovated and looks very clean and nice. The design of the hotel is modern. Locates in a 3-minutes walking distance to Louvre. The room was cleaned and the linen was changed every day. The staff was helpful. The only thing that we did not like was the breakfast - for 14 euro very poor (cheese, jam, 1 yogurt, some fruits, french bread, croissants, flakes, milk, juice, coffee, tea).

I liked the location. It is located in the historic center of Paris, within walking distance of major attractions. Just great !!!!! Nearby there is everything you need: a bank, shops and a very unobtrusive kafe.Personal, but always willing to come to the rescue. Rooms are cleaned regularly, it was very clean. This is a big plus. Number is small, easy to use. The only negative - the window of my room overlooks the street. So the morning was noisy: removed garbage, loud conversations intensified echo. For those who are a light sleeper - it's a minus.

The Hotel Saint Honore was ideal for our very short trip to Paris. Situated in the heart of Chatelet, it is close to the station for the rer b, the train which goes straight to Charles De Gaulle Airport. It is also close to all the shops on rue de Rivoli, the Louvre and has plenty of good restaurants close by. The room itself was small but very comfortable, recently decorated and was very tasteful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris who is looking for a friendly, central and comfortable spot to lay their head for a couple of nights.

Super comfy beds, everything looks new and modern. Receptionists are very nice and helpful. Excellent location and easy access to metro station Louvre-Rivoli. Close to shopping area, the Louvre and just accross the bridge of charming Saint Germain de Près. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. They don't change the bed linen as often as I would have liked it. We stayed there for 5 nights and shits were not changed even despite our little daughter dropped some yogurt on them.

The hotel was nicer than expected (compared to te pictures on the web site). Very clean and comfortable. Also, the best location possible. I would definately go back there. The room was quite small, but you cannot ask too much for that price. We had only one minor negative experience: instead of a queen bed we got two single beds, one close to the other. However, when I complained, the staff solved the problem by making it as 1 bed
