The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily.No hassle from the staff who were friendly and helpful.. Our room needed a little TLC but this is being done during the winter months |

The welcome we received was very nice. The room was clean and in a excellent location in the centre of the city. It was very expensive for the quality of the room we received, it was very small. |

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the reception lady very friendly The room was very small, we felt like Elf hunched over most of the time and the drains smelt terrible in the bathroom. |

the location was good, the room was small but comfortable, light and airy. the staff was pleasant. only complaint: the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything around you, including the bar downstairs. |

L'amabilité de la réception, la proximité de la mer et des commerces La table basse n'est pas confortable pour écrire ou consulter internet. J'aurais préféré une chaise et une table, même petite, à hauteur normale. Une soirée très bruyante. |

Kort bij centrum en op loopafstand van het strand. Leuke restaurants in omgeving. Kleine kamer en geen ontbijt mogelijkheid. Bedden met kuil, dus kies daar voor 2 losse bedden als behoorlijk wilt slapen. Geen lift. Bij uitgaans centrum dus 's nachts veel lawaai bij geopende ramen. |

disponibilité et serviabilité de la gérante. On est loin des usines à touriste!! C'est trés agréable. Grande propreté. manque juste des sèches-cheveux dans les chambres ou au moins a le précisé sur le site. L'insonorisation n'est pas géniale bien que je n'ai pas été génée et surtout des travaux sont prévu dans ce but trés bientot |

Accueil, confort de la chambre, déco de la chambre. Pas de clim, rue assez bruyante. Comme il faisait très chaud lors de notre séjuor nous avons mal dormi, partagés entre le besoin de fermer la fenêtre pour échapper au bruit, et celui de l'ouvrir pour aérer un peu... |

De betrokkenheid van de hotel medewerker / chef. Zakelijk, efficient en persoonlijk. Geen toeters en bellen, maar wel alle zaken prima geregeld. Het hotel ligt tegenover de tuileriën, de marktplaats van Biarritz. Dat heeft zo zijn charmes, maar het stond niet vermeld in de toelichting dat 's ochtends vroeg de marktlui dagelijks starten met de opbouw van de markt. |
