The decor, spacious shower, comfortable bed.

Only 1 chair in a junior suite, amount of time for water to run hot, disturbing after midnight noise of doors closing.

We loved it all. Very hospitable people who made our stay very comfortable. Wonderful accomodation.

Absolutely nothing

-Very Friendly personal that pays attention to many little extras. -We had room number 4 that was a bit small but very nicely done with a well thoughttrhroug wet area. -Everything was very clean.

- If there is something, the breakfast could need fresher bread.... but it was still good.

Parking and location and the general feel if the hotel and rooms

Recently renovated, very comfortable and friendly staff. The location was perfectly central with a 5minute walk to either beach or a host of eateries/bars. Lovely breakfast too for good value! Fully recommend.

The family who run this small hotel have managed to blend professionalism with great friendliness and helpfulness. They have renovated the whole building to an excellent standard, the rooms ( for we were shown several ) are thoughtfully designed, comfortable and quiet ( double glazing being standard throughout ) In fact our room fronted onto the road yet was absolutely silent. An excellent lift has been installed for those in need of it. The breakfast was excellent and very good value for money. I have stayed in hotels in many countries but would find it hard to think of one which was better value or more enjoyable to visit.

Absolutely nothing

I found the hotel staff to be very helpful. They advised us on restaurants and bus services and allowed us to leave our cases in hotel as we had an early evening flight.

Had no complaints whatsoever with hotel. Would like to have tea/coffee making facilities in room. Also some hooks in bathroom would be useful to hang clothes on.

We were a group of 5 walkers who wanted to reward ourselves after successfully completing 5 days of walking in the Camino. We couldn't have picked a better place for that. Our host was most welcoming, friendly & helpful. The hotel was very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean & very central. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Had lovely meal in Le Royalty restaurant down town. Beach was only a 5 minute walk from hotel. Had lovely breakfast especially the brown bread. While we shopped our luggage was stored safely for us & our host had organised 2 taxis to take us to the nearby airport. Will stay here again for sure.

We loved the interior design. Very French and fun, well chosen. Also , the hotel is well run personally by the owners, a nice couple. It is clean. Location is great, walking distance to the shops. We can recommend it and would stay there again.

The Owners were absolutely lovely people. Great welcome, very attentive and helpful. The hotel seems to be newly refurbished and was very well maintained throughout. The fitout was hugely impressive and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was excellant. Very enjoyable experience.

Really no negatives

-The morning staff was not knowledgeable and unfriendly -The parking was too small and I could hardly park my car -It was very noisy and we could not sleep in the morning

This is a very nice small hotel kept by family, located not far from the centre of Biarritz and Grand Plаge , 5 minutes down the street. The hotel was built in 1895 and they try to save the very spirit of the old house. Neveretheless there are facilities and rooms for people with disabilities in the hotel. Everyday cleaning, good breakfast . If the weather permits you can have your breakfast on the terrace or in the garden. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. They are always ready to answer your questions about Biarritz. The map of Biarritz is available on the reception. I' m going to recommend this hotel to my friends and stay at this hotel next time.

Loved the location, friendlyness and warmth of staff who made every attempt to meet the needs of individual guests. Lovely breakfast, flexible times or serving.

Among many other things (see above) - the cozy atmosphere. Makes u feel right at home.Friendly staff ready to meet u halfway in all situations.

The owners and staff were very helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean. Biarritz town and beach is within easy walking distance making a car not essential even though parking is available. The hotel has a delightful french feel about it and I would recommend it to all

Very helpful owners / receptionist. Excellent breakfasts which can be taken outside on terrace. 10-15 mins walk to town centre, grand plage etc. Hotel recommended eating at Port De Pecheurs - memorable meal followed by thunderstorm. Parking on site was good but seemed rather expensive.

Climatisation control in room seemed ineffective when we arrived on a very hot day. N.B. It is not air conditioning but a form of cooling system in the ceiling - not sure we understood how it worked even after 4 days staying there.
