Receptionの対応が非常によい。 メールでのリクエストなどへの返信が的確で早い。 部屋はやや狭いが、居心地がよい。

最大のメリットはロケーションです。ノートルダム大聖堂から徒歩１分の場所なので、早朝も日没後も散歩しま- した。セーヌ川沿いの散歩道も気持ちがよく、パリの雰囲気を満喫できました。カルチエ・ラタンやマレ地区、- ルーブルなども歩いて行けるので地下鉄を使う必要がなかったです。カフェやレストランも近くにたくさんあり- ますので、食事にも便利です。パン屋や食料品店も近所にあり、果物やワインなども買えます。 　客室は狭いのですが、必要なものは揃っていて（ネット環境、お茶を沸かせるポットなど）５日間の滞在はとて- も快適でした。ホテルにはうるさい夫も「ここなら住んでもいいね」と絶賛していました。シャワーもお湯がふ- んだんに出て、使いやすく感心しました。スタッフも親切で英語が話せて助かりました。 　前回パリを訪れた時は、コンコルド広場に近い規模の大きな超一流ホテルに泊まりましたが（とても快適でした- けど）、その時の半額以下で泊れて、生活しているような気分になれるアパルトマン風の小さなホテルのほうが- 私は好きです。古い建物を大切に使っているのも好感がもてます。狭いらせん階段や２人しか乗れないエレベー- ターも雰囲気があります。次回も泊りたいです。

高級住宅地という場所がらやむをえないと思いますが、客室は狭いです。スーツケースを２つ置くと居場所が限- られます。唯一洗面台は高くて小さいので水がこぼれて使いにくかったです。

The location is unbeatable. The decoration is also charming.

The location is superb and the building is absolutely fantastic, in one of the oldest parts of Paris. Walking distance to Notre Dame and subway stations. Good facilities despite the age of the building.

The staff members were a bit like good cop/bad cop. No need to mention names, but one of them is an extremely nice, genuine, smily and helpful man, while the other two or three who shared his job were stand-offish and cold, making us feel like they were doing us a favour. Hope you'll get the nice one. As someone mentioned, the walls are thin, so expect to be awaken by people talking in the corridor late at night. The shower flooded for the first 3 days we stayed there, then they suddenly fixed it. No word of explanation or apology. The shower and bathroom were nice, but there were no windows or exhausting fans, and not enough railings for towels, so it becomes quickly damp and unpleasant. Otherwise, what a great little hotel!!

The hotel was clean. The staff were eccentric but charming. The hotel was well located for seeing the city. The neighborhood had charm and the fun of an island.

Position is Greit and everything is new.

In our bathroom there were no towels hook and there was no any coat hook in our room that especially in winter it should be useful. Breakfast is a little expansive.

Excellent location, 5 mins to RER-Stop with trains running direct to CDG. Great shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Fabulous hotel, lovely architectural details and superb staff. The location (on one of the beautiful islands in the Sciene) is very close to Notre Dame Cathedral, but doesn't have an overly touristy feel. This is the oldest part of historic Paris to have been restored and feels more like living in a French village thank other parts of Paris. The price is also quit reasonable for such a nice hotel. Our room (on the 5th floor) had gret black out curtains and was very quiet. Bring your own conditioner if you use it. Most French hotels, like this one, only furnish shampoo.

No, it was absolutely terrific.

Very cute hotel! While check-in, staff advise us the choice between "standard double room " in hotel and "suite" on the separate building on the same street near hotel. We took suite and it was good choice! Suite located in house with small interior patio, very charming and cute. It is very silent, quiet place. Staff in hotel is very friendly, and I have only good impression about our staying in Paris in hotel Saint-Louis en L'Isle.

In the suite you must considered very narrow staircase. I and my daughter, we are small girls, and it was not problem for us, but if you are more then “M” size of clothing, you can feel some discomfort going up and down ;) (no lift in this building).

Location and price were key. We could go everywhere in Paris from this central location.

Elevator broke down in mid-trip and we were on the 4th floor.

It has a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well appointed and warm, comforable and cosy. I'd certainly stay there again.

Situated in between Marais and Latin Quarters - Island in Seine is beautiful! Notre Dame right around the corner (literally). Staff was helpful and friendly. Free Wifi and the house computer (with printer) worked. Our superior room was decent sized (compared to Paris city hotels..) and clean. Nice hard bed. Lots of places to eat and shop on the neighborhood. Metro line 7 Pont Marie near, just one change from the CDG airport.

Hot water only after running tab for a while, all towels were changed daily - Not very eco-friendly. Not the best sound-proofing. Sink design looked nice but wasn't very functional - water splashed around the sink table.. no place to hang hand towel or put the soap.. So nothing too serious.. 8-)

You could hear the neighboring room and my room was very small (though that was not an issue when you travel alone and it is just for sleeping).

Bad soundproffing: every time somebody was walking in the hall, it was so loud, I thought they were trying ot enter my room.
