Conveniently situated with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Good location at a reasonable price. NIce room with excellent bathroom. Didn't test the dining and other facilites.

As others have reported, the welcome is cool rather than cordial. Nothing actually wrong but a big smile on arrival would be nice!

Its near to the town centre

Bar closed in Hotel at 11pm all main doors out of the hotel are locked each night when bar closes no securtity or reception untill 7.30 am. Back entrence to get in by code is not in a very nice street

Whilst the quality of the food was not quite first class, the service and friendliness and particularly the ease of getting dinner at 9 o'clock at night was excellent.

Cebtrally located in St Omer, not fair from restaurants and the main square. Facilities to securely store bicycles

Good location, very clean rooms. Food in restaurant very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet poor selection and overpriced at 9 euros per person. Parling also overpriced at 9 euros per night.

Easy access to centre of town square, cathedral etc...& easy to park.

No frills, The rooms are quite small & rather tired dated decor all round. Cracked bath & shower so high up the wall you could barely reach it! We had stayed at the St Louis about ten years ago before this recent overnight stay & I dont think it had changed much in that time sadly!

Waiter a little abrupt and little flexibility for meal, albeit at late hour.

I stayed in the main hotel, and the room was quite nice for the price. The bathroom in particular had a very nice and spacious shower.

I arrived at 2 PM the first day and the front door was locked tight for "lunch"! They proceeded to do this the second day I was there as well, although thankfully I had the back door entrance code. In addition to closing in the middle of the day (!?), the owners aren't particularly warm. It really seems like this probably used to be a nice hotel but the owners are disinterested and don't have enough staff anymore. It is conveniently situated next to the Bibliotheque St-Omer and the cathedral, but it's not close to very many restaurants and the main city center is about a half mile away.

Handy stopover not far from Calais. The room was clean and comfortable though rather small. The staff were polite and helpful. Fine for the one night, I would find the size of the room an issue if I were staying any longer though.

Not in the nicest part of town. Owner closed the bar at 22.30 hours on a Saturday night, having given everyone notice at 22.15!!
