Dinner was fine. We had travelled through Germany from Vienna. We found the hotels there better value. Your breakfast was poor( Germany includes breakfast) and the charge for parking exorbitant. |

Friendly and efficient staff, pleasant accommodation and a very good restaurant. A typically French experience. |

Visits to places of interest The charges for parking 9 euro per day, sorry but that was a rip off this is my only real complaint. |

Good location close to city centre square. Also good location for us to explore First World War memorials etc. Only 45 minutes from Arras and Ypres. No in room tea/coffee making facilities and not possible to have early morning tea/coffee brought to room before 7.30am. |

The staff were very good and the hotel was an excellent location for a one night stop over before going into France. The immediate area around the hotel was a little run down. |

A most helpful receptionist. A good breakfast. Perhaps a little old fashioned. The main door was closed at 22.30 h and a key had to be used for entry via a back door - all very difficult. There was also no bar service when we returned at that time. |

This is a small, but comfortable hotel run by friendly people. Our only criticism is that there was a very unpleasant odour in our room which I believe was damp, but it was something we could not find the source of. We ended up buying a plug in air freshener which helped. Apart from that there was nothing else we could find fault with! |
