Superb location, in the middle of the Marais, near nice shopping area. We had big room on front side, but didn't hear any noise from outside. Nice staff. The hotel looked charming, but you can see it needs renovation. It's quite old. We didn't had breakfast in the hotel, because it was quite expensive and the neirbourhood offers lot of alternatives. Further no complaints from our side.

This was one of many stays. The hotel is in a great position in a marvellous neighbourhood, with restaurants all around. Staff very friendly. Room 416 though expensive is a joy. Very near St Paul metro and 96 and other bus routes. Bottle of water in room only for Day 1, and plastic for hot/cold drinks.

The hotel is perfectly located not only for a wide variety of shops/cafes and restaurants but is within a short walking distance to local sites - Place de Voge,- Notre Dame,- Pompidou Centre. The other main city attactions are all on the Metro Line,1 the station for which is 3 minutes walk away The district of St Paul itself has the feel of a village in the centre of the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful . The rooms are small but not excessively so

The beautiful room with the spa bath we had overlooked the courtyard was everything we both could have wanted for a romantic trip to Paris. Flowers in bloom on the fourth floor window box added to its charm as did the decor. The staff were excellent and nothing was a trouble, not even on how to turn off the spa bath ( my French is non existent)... we probably made their day. The convenience of the Metro being across the road was fantastic, as was the surrounding Parisian cafes and shopping. We both had a fantastic time and will return again

the location this is by no means a three star hotel, it's in a dilapidated state, towels are old and grey, the furniture is old and chipped.

The Location and the look of the place: it felt less like the usual identi-kit, soulless hotels I usually have to stay in for work - the Ibises, best westerns of this world. Much more glamourous, and a friendly hotel dog, to boot. I don't drink caffeinated drinks and my room had a sachet of standard tea or coffee. Would have loved to see mint or camomile or even better - rooibos tea.

Very good location in the Marais area. A few minutes walk to the St Pauls station on the Metro line 1. 10 - 15 minute walk down to the Hotel de Ville and the Seine. Close to shopping streets in the Marais area. There is a taxi rank just around the corner at the St Pauls metro station. Hotel decor was unique. Interesting and different. Room was comfortable (small like most Paris hotels). Breakfast was good, with cereals, scrambled egg, sausage as well as breads, croissant's and sweet pastries. The hotel was happy to keep our luggage for most of the day after we had checked out. Cigarette smoke smell seeped into the room from somewhere.

The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Providing coffee/tea in the room was very much appreciated. The bed, pillows, and comforter were very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely tiled and very clean, and it had a shower curtain--which is often missing in Parisian hotels. On my first night I was in a double room and got no sleep at all because the normal conversation of the guests above me went right through my ceiling. The single room that I stayed in on my second/third nights was extremely cramped, and the noise in the walls and ceilings from water and/or sewer pipes was non-stop, making hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. Clearly, they need to get some noise-reducing insulation in the walls and they need to do something about the noisy piping in the walls. There were no wash cloths available--typical of Parisian hotels but they really should provide them for guests. I would recommend this hotel with caution--great location and nice amenities for a city-center Parisian hotel in a great neighborhood, but be sure to bring ear plugs and a wash cloth.

The hotel is centrally located in the Marais, just off the Rue du Rivoli, and central the shopping and dining streets famous in the Marais. A short 5 minute walk to the Picaso Musuem, and a 10-15 walk to the Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame and St Germain. Metro station almost across street makes it convenient. Friendly and helpful stay. The rooms are small, but comfortable. If you are in the Marais and Paris you will not be spending a lot of time in your room anyway.

You can't beat the location. A hop away from the St Paul metro, right of Rue Saint Antoine but on a charming sidestreet full uf its own cafes and boutiques. Friedly staff and for Paris, my room was a decent size as was the bathroom. Loved that they had a free computer in the charming lobby as well. And free tea and water bottle in rooms. My room was off of the charming courtyard, but there were no interior curtains. I was able to open the windows and close the exterior metal shutters, which is great for sleeping, but during the day does not allow light in the room.

I liked the location near Marais. The cozy room made me comfortable to stay in the hotel. One thing that I was embarrassed was the noise from next room. The other were perfect for me and my gf.

The room was rather spacious for Paris. Bathroom was up-to-date with plenty of room to move about. Location in central Paris (4th Arr.) and near a metro stop made it very convenient.
