really a very good location, close to the metro station
there were some awful bed-bugs ughhhhh..
Close to metro and cheap food. Authentic Paris.
Can be noisey at night. Absolute minimal furnishings. No elevator.
good location between gate du nord and gate de lyon. silent place during the night.
wi-fi just in the lobby. bathroom very small but clean.
Location, very helpful staff.
Quality of room
The hotel has a good location and nothing else. When we entered to the room, room was smell of chemicals. I thought it was the smell from the outside and closed the window. We left the room and went to explore Paris. They returned late in the evening in the room the smell was more stable. I opened the window of fresh air has changed the atmosphere of the room. The smell of irritated me. I rejected blanket. On the pillow was Bed Bugs. Also we saw that the blanket has wet spots. These were stained with acetone which must be killed Bed Bugs. On my request, they gave us another room. On the bed had two pillows. One was without pillowcases. The new room was smaller than the previous one. Shower is very small. No curtains. When you take a shower, the water gets on the floor. Ventilation is missing or not working. For three days, no one cleaned the bathroom but someone in the servants came. Toilet paper I brought myself. The floor in the room and hallway are dirty I do not recommend to book rooms in this hotel
Locaton is soso...but
No Wifi No Elevator No Airconditioner No Clean No Parking No Keep Promise No No No! Don't GO.
The location is pretty good, that's the only good thing
We tried 2 different rooms, the 2 of them were infested of bedbugs, really disgusting, anti-hygienic. We left the hotel at 3 o'clock in the morning. Terrible experience, one could be an accident, two different bed rooms shows a serious problem
We are now back in Sweden after spending 7 nights at this hotel, all of us (3 people) have bitemarks from BEDBUGS and are scared that we have brought these nasty insects to our apartment. They did not change the sheets during our visit. The beadspread felt dirty and nasty. The hotel is worne down.
neat, clean room
Fantastic location with three underground lines. Delicious food around especially one Chinese restaurant on the other side of the hotel.
Too noisy at night.
Unclean Unfriendly staff Bed bugs Shower mouldy Broken toilet seat Paid for a double got two singles
The staff is friendly and helpful
The lifts weren't working, no wi-fi in the room, smelly room like it hasn't been used in ages, bugs bite over my arms and legs, noisy from roadwork and opposite building
Helpful staff. WIFI.
Small beds. Missing sink and shower plugs.
Very close to the station; convenience store a few doors down.
Room is a good size but very basic with minimal facilities (but to be fair, to be expected for the price).
Wifi only worked at reception, bathroom smelt mouldy
Location is excellent
Lift was broken all the time we were there
Very nice staff and there's a nice restaurant nearby. Close to at least two metros.
Not easy to find at the very beginning.
No wifi in rooms and no lift to go to rooms while they are mentioning in booking.com that they have wifi facilities
Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is good, metro station is several mins of walk. The room was tidy and comfy.
The lift did not work BUT the reception guy helped me to get the luggage upstairs.
The staff were helpful booking transfer to airport.
Broken chair (the only one) was not replaced altho we told them on the first day. Noisy at night time.
Good location with fair price.
The hotel only provide hot boiled water in the morning. The lady in the kitchen is not friendly.
Fantastic location, close to a very good supermarket and metro line 5 (can get to Gare du Nord and La Villette). Staff were helpful and spoke english.
Felt a bit run down, didn't have that much in the way of facilities. Just beds and a bathroom really, but we were gone for most of the day so It didn't really matter.
Good place to stay on a backpacking trip. Bathroom was clean. Enough privacy. Close to metro and a supermarket etc.
Sheets were a bit old. Value for money wasn't the best, but given it was Easter weekend all hotel rates were pretty high.
Near the Metro station, so it's convenient. Staff at reception was friendly, able to communicate in English.
There were bugs in the bedsheets!! My thighs became itchy after 1 night's stay, and it's been bugging me ever since for a month. Booking.com should state clearly where is the nearest Metro station and the walking direction, in the booking page, so it's easy to find.
