This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel in the past 15 years. Would highly recommend this quaint but modern hotel with an excellent location. |

The hotel is very well situated with a very welcoming staff. The room was facing the street and it was impossible to sleep as during the whole night and since very early morning people and cars were passing. You could not close the window as there was also no air conditioning. Only the rooms facing the inner yard should be booked. |

Location is good. The lobby is very impressive. The room was very spartan. The elevator didn't work. |

Location and the personnel To improve the noise insulation in rooms. One can hear everything happening in corridors or other rooms. |

Excellent location and interesting interior decoration of the hotel. Very poor lighting in room and broken door on shower. Breakfast was served too late for guests needing to catch an early train. |

Fantastic location in the cenre of Arles. Lovely old building full of character. The man at the reception desk was cold, aloof and a bit unfriendly. |

Hotel was in a great location in the centre of Arles. The room was pleasantly decorated and the hotel had a considerable amount of charm Hotel reception was not open all day long - by rattling door managed to rouse someone to drop of cases at 11am but despite being told room would be ready by 2pm there was no sign of life when we returned at this time. Also lift was not working and room was on second floor with lots and lots of stairs - no help offered with cases. Had to pay bill on arrival. |

The hotel was in a good spot and had a beautiful entrance hall . It was not expensive. It was very dark in the room areas and though there had been a good paint job on the hotel it felt grubby and gloomy. The room that we had breakfast in was also dark.At breakfast, the toast and croissants were burnt. The bath itself had been painted and the paint was flaking off . It all felt a bit spooky. |

市内の真ん中に位置し、どこへ行くにも大変便利。必要最低限のサービスだが、十分。設備も必要なものは整っている。エレベータも完備。 不満というほどではないが、夜になると受付が真っ暗で誰もいない。 |

Zeer centraal in oude stad gelegen. Oude, indrukwekkende facade. Vriendelijke dame voor het ontbijt. Zeer sober ontbijt, ouderwetse kamers met minder goed functionerend sanitair, slecht afgestelde tv en onbruikbare lobby. Kortom: blijven hangen in de jaren 60. |
