Hotel Saint Trophime  

Very nice location near antiquities. Interesting lobby.

Bathroom needed repairs. No hot water in sink. Odd smell in hallway and room. Unfriendly administrative staff; could not help us with any questions, as we knew no French and they knew no English.

The location for visiting the old center is excellent.

The staff is rude and unfriendly with contradictory information depending on who's at the desk. The room (#21) is right on a busy street, very noisy at night and not at all comfortable.

This hotel is located in the center of Arles. It was your typical 2 star hotel.

Hotel Staff is excellent and makes the whole difference with other hotels I stayed at. Every room is different and brings you in a total different atmosphere !

Not much negative to say, a toilet in the lobby would make the difference but I understand it's difficult to match modern requests into old walls. At a certain point you have to make choices between modernity and charms.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Hotel Saint Trophime. The hotel was very pretty, and we had a decent size room with a full bath. It was more than comfortable for the two of us even though we shared the double bed.The location was amazing, right next to the collusium and theatre as well as the Saint Trophime church. Would recommend if you are there to get the true feel of the south of France. Take the bus and visit St. Marie's 30 minutes away, it's a small village by the sea.

It is a cute old building in the heart of Arles. Perfect location between the arena/ampitheater and town square. Had a wonderful bathtub.

The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat.

Centralissimo e basta.

La Casa dei Fantasmi: Arredo cupo ed angosciante. Le luci dei corridoi durano 5 secondi e poi rimani al buio più completo. Le porte scricchiolano da far paura! Ho soggiornato nella stanza n° 16: una vera topaia! Indecoroso ospitare a pagamento chicchessia! Tende di velluto pesante scuro; muri rotti e sporchi, arredo vecchissimo e poverissimo di quarta categoria. Notte da incubo. La tv del 1970 non funzionava; comodini da far piangere; ventilatore in rame; solo il bagno si salvava: evidentemente da poco rifatto, ma senza tenda della doccia è stato un disastro. Non c'è spazio antistante l'hotel per la sosta; se hai prenotato il garage, l'auto te la parcheggia il non troppo simpatico gestore dell'hotel; strade strettissime a rischio fiancate; la mattina sono dovuto andare a piedi a riprendermela con la signora della colazione ed è stato un incubo.

La localisation en centre ville , le calme, la propreté et la decoration sobre et efficace. La très grande gentillesse du personnel.

Un manque de personnel identifié par l'hotel (offre d'emploi affichée).

Il personale seppur carente, si è dimostrato gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Centrale la posizione dell'hotel e buona la pulizia delle camere.

Il vero problema è stato il parcheggio, non adiacente all'hotel, con costo rilevante e dove ci si arrivava zigzagando tra vicoli molto stretti del centro storico. Disponibilità inoltre, legata alla presenza del proprietario dell'hotel (che svolge pertanto anche mansioni di parcheggiatore !) e resta a disposizione del cliente dalle ore 09.00 alle 19.00, sabato e domenica esclusi. Buona la colazione, ma con un prezzo assolutamente non proporzionato.

Que está situado en el centro, pero de dificil acceso, sobre todo, si vas en coche.
