Found the hotel extremely comfortable and convenient to the city centre. Rooms were very clean and towels changed every day. Could not find fault if tried. |

The location was great, just one block from the Met Line. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was warm, but there was a new fan that helped that helped. I did not think the breakfast was a good value. |

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lighting in the hallway and staircase is poor and the double room with double bed was inferior to the twin bedded rooms. The bathroom could be better designed for the space available. |

Very convenient location in quiet area close to the City Centre As usual with Paris hotels, the bedroom was small, although adequate |

The service was very friendly. They providided breakfast for our son outside of regular hours and we couldn't find something he would eat nearby. All the staff spoke English well. Also, I was able to use the free internet in the lobby to do online check-in for our flight home, print our bording passes on hotel printer. Location gave excellent access to RER trains. No cot for our 5 year old, room too small for it if they'd had one. |

Very friendly and courteous staff. Good location, one block from Metro station, quiet at night. A bit pricey for a smaller, older hotel, but that's compared to Canadian rates. For Paris - this hotel was a good deal. |

Incredibly slow service when checking out; breakfast room is far too hot to enjoy a comfortable meal. |

The hotel was very comfortable and as Gillian stayed there by herself, she felt completely safe and well looked after. She also liked the location of the hotel as it is very near nice restaurants, cafes and transport. The decor is a bit tired but it didn't spoil Gillian's enjoyement of the hotel at all. |

The staff were very welcoming and very forthcoming with information whenever I approached them for help. The free access to their computer and internet is a huge bonus - something I think all hotels should offer. The hotel is in a lovely area, easy to get to and within easy reach of much that I wanted to see. There was hair left in the bath when I arrived. In all other respects the room was spotless so I think this was just an oversight/mistake. |
