Score from 1190 reviews Very good
It was near the tourist spots. Louvre was just a walking distance from the hotel. There were restaurants and grocery stores aroundthe area so don't worry about getting hungry
There were no elevators and we were at the 4th floor. We had to climb a narrow staircase with our luggages with us. When we woke up the next day my friend and I have a few insect bites :(
Given Hand towels instead of Bath towels, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 for two night stay, shower water won't drain away, flooded room. No sheets on fold out couch.
The cleanliness and location
The shared bathroom
The lady at the reception- very helpful and polite, thank you so much! The room was great- clean and modern decoration, with a neat bathroom- shower in perfect condition! Can't wait to see soon the whole complete renovation..!
Not good connection for your mobiles, but simply need to locate them by the window and all set!
staff and location is good.
Room is too small and the price is too high!
updated facilities, efficient staff, comfortable accommodation
stairs, stairs, stairs,
Destination , staff , price
No hair dryer in the room , small pillows , common toilet
good staff, location is good,clean.
Small rooms , no lift narrow staircase.
Clean room, hotel staff speak reasonable English, good location ,free WiFi ,near metro ,lovely shop 1min away that sells gorgeous bagels .
Stairs can be difficult if on top floor ,not enough pillows , walls quite thin
Location and good WIFI
Lack of restroom in the room. The room was extremely small
Close to Metro.
Triple room way too small, cramped. No elevator.
The location is good.
The rooms are too small, wifi is bood, don't know if it's because we are on the third floor. There are mouse in the dining room one morning we saw.
The location was the selling point for this hotel. This was the cheapest we could find near the main hustle and bustle of Paris. We walked to all of the major attractions. The street came of a Main Street which had an abundance of restaurants etc. the hotel was between the train station and the majority of attractions.
The size of the room was incredibly small. In saying this we spent most of our time out and about so it wasn't the end of the world. The shower facilities were fine for us, however if you were a larger person you might struggle. Also note that it is stairs only and no lift, again not an issue for us and pretty standard across Europe.
If you love school children and street sweepers early in the morning, you will like this place. Ifyou want to sleep in, skip it.
we were at the fourth floor with no lift
Room was very clean, comfortable bed and I slept very well.
The shared bathroom was a little weird; price was low though so I understand.
close enough to the center, in 1-2 hours one can walk to the eiffel tower
- really squeezed in a building that probably was not meant to be a hotel (reminds me of a bordello stair from the old movies) it looks like somebody got an old building and tried to retrofit some sleeping facilities inside it - no parking nearby, you have to find parking a few streets away and need to wander around a lot only to find the parking entrance and the parking is 46euro/day (but you can get a voucher to reduce that) - all the reservations i've made through booking were done pre-paid (including this one) in this case they said it was not pre-paid (strange) and asked to pay in the morning of leaving i will check if the hotel was charged twice (by booking.com and hotel st-m) and get back on that - when asked to talk to a manager (to verify what happened with the charge/pre-payment) they told me there is none available.. and that they have a "complex" way to manage that property (it remained to "complex" for me to understand how they can't have a manager available as required by customers)
The staffs were really nice! Hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and restaurants.
Room was smaller than I expected.
Nice quiet suburb, not too expensive , cosy and comfortable
It doesn't have elevator, breakfast is pricey for just bread and coffee.
Very friendly personal and the hotel is located in central of Paris! very comfortable and clean although it's a small room! We forgot to bring our hair dryer and the guy just lent us a hair dryer!
The breakfast was not really satisfied. We lived at 3rd floor and there is no lift.
good design room, value for money, near the subway
breakfast is simple;and our door can't lock but nobody came to repair.
Wi-Fi, Clean rooms with clean sheets, towels, etc.
Tiny, not fully finished. Still need some work to be done, but rooms OK.
Address difficult to find. Vehicle parking should be recommended prior to booking.
Breakfast had very few choices to eat.
