Great location a few minutes walk from the port, comfortable bed, Quiet room with soundproof windows. Good area, felt safe when we came home late. Great stay here!
From the street level, there is a walk up one flight of stairs. Then elevator to the other floors. (May only be a problem for physically handicapped) Neighboring street under construction for tramway, difficult to get taxi to door of hotel during weekdays
The hotel was just off the main shopping drag and less than 10 minutes from the old port. At first we were taken back by the request to leave our room key at reception each time we left the hotel but after a while it was a welcome requirement. The keys were bulky! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
No major complaints other than we were woken up early one morning to a dripping ceiling. We alerted a staff member who had it fixed within minutes. The rooms themselves are quite small but we knew that when we booked so we weren't bothered much by it.
location, breakfast, comfort, clean,
wifi poor and lack of temperature control
Special thanks to Pascal, Samir and Béatrice who really went above and beyond during a difficult time in France due to Air France pilot strike
No problems of note.
very good sleep - quiet room very good location - central and close to the old port nice staff were there for the half marathon and we will book again this place next year for sure !
Lil blood stain on sheets grossed me out. Shower didnt drain well enough.
comfortable room. helpful staff. Good location
Breakfast was disappointing. Fresh fruit would have been a welcome addition
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Good value.
Staff very friendly and went out of their way to help with a difficulty we had about booking travel.
Wi-Fi unfortunately was temporarily not working. Staff were making efforts to get technicians there to fix it.
Location, comfort, value for money was great. 5 mins walk from marina, restaurants, bars and shopping area. Would definitely recommend it and will stay here again.
Location and breakfast
Staff was super nice and very helpful. Wifi was strong. Location is perfect. Good value for money. Would definitely return.
Staircase at the entrance bothers if you've got a stroller, and elevator is very small, but this is not that bad.)
In the centre
For beying in an pedisterian street, lot og noice and the internett does not work. Complain and they said they "try" to find solution, but I think they tried to save Money and solve the problem that way. Not recomended! Jan, Oslo
location pretty good, a 10 minute walk to the old port. Staff (night staff especially) were very attentive and helpful even if they couldn't really help with the problem right then (broken safe, items locked inside, had to get master key etc)
late check in. we arrived at 1300 and were unable to checkin to our room until a bit later. This delayed our afternoon Safe didn't work , had to get master key to get valuables out. excessive noise thoughout the night, woken up at least 10 times by screaming/screeching, shouting, loud music from cars parked in the nearby pedestrian area at night (we had a 4th floor room facing the street) and street cleaner (or rubbish collection) in the early sunday morning.. awful pillows. (bed good though)
The location is excelent. Rooms are ok.
The location of St Farreol is pretty much perfect, in my humble opinion :) You are right on a lively pedestrian street, which might be pretty touristy but feels very safe at night and offers plenty of shopping for a rainy day and decent restaurants if you don't feel like straying far from home base. You are also within walking distance from basically everything - the port, old city, the basilica, etc.The staff were all very friendly and helpful, just very pleasant people all around. The room was simply but tastefully decorated bigger than we expected for the price point and location. Very comfortable bed and the bathroom is huge and modern by most European standards. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay. Great value for money (we paid €71 per night), would definitely recommend.
Location, 24 hour reception, very nice staff
very small room, the hair dryer in the bathroom was full of dust. To expensive (99 euros for double room) with out breakfast, for that it has offer.
People were very friendly. It was very close to the Vieux Port and to the Metro. Very good and clean new bathroom.
A bit expensive for its facilities. A weird smell that you get used to it..
I appreciated the patience and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the convenient location. I enjoyed the breakfast.
While I never had a problem walking back at night, the fact that St. Feréol is a pedestrian street made it a little dicey at night.
