A cortesia e a boa vontade dos funcionários. Localização excelente. Cama confortável. Quarto razoavelmente espaçoso. No geral, tudo muito bom. Quando voltarmos a Paris, pretendemos nos hospedar de novo neste hotel.

Outstanding staff, and a very enjoyable cat (Sputnik).

The lobbyarea is charming - the same goes for the rest of the shared areas. The room was somehow basic and the interiour to old. There was no plug for cell/laptop.

The staff at the front desk were so friendly and most helpful when it came to solving the boarding pass fiasco on the internet. The cat, Sputnik gave a real "family" type atmosphere. He would allow one to pet it and give it attention.

The breakfast was okay. It would have been nicer if they had fresh squeezed orange juice and some famous French ham.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, very clean and full of character. We loved our stay.

Very freindly, helpful staff. Clean, cheerful, comfortable rooms with pleasing appointments. Sputnik the cat is an attraction in himself. He adds a wonderfully homey, welcoming and relaxed ambience to the hotel.

Staff was very helpful. Clean room always. Tv was good for catching up on the news. Great location for all to do in Paris!

Bed was quite hard. Both my husband & I had back aches.

Great location, concierge extremely helpful and friendly, computer in lobby for guests to check email, was upgraded to larger room because of length of stay and room was very pretty and comfortable.

We loved the quiet room, even when the windows were opened. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable. We liked the shower/tub accommodation, especially b/c the mirror faces you while you're in the open shower. (An unusual and provocative view).

Yes, you have to return your room key to the front desk whenever you leave your room. It gives you with a sense of insecurity. Our room only had one electrical outlet, and the TV was plugged into it. There was no where else to recharge the cameras and cell phone/ipods.

Clean, comfortable, great location. The staff was extremely helpful, and we were always greeted with a warm big smile.

Quite possibly the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in! The bedding was fresh and new. The bed comfortable, and the bathroom sparkled! Location is great - very central in Paris with easy access to transportation within the city and to/from the airport.
