The situation. Only 5 minutes from Roissybus stop. Plenty cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Very near chic shopping areas. We asked for a triple room with 3 beds. What we got was a twin room with an extra bed, while it was not a camp bed it was not very comfortable and not really suitable for an adult. One of our party had to return early but the hotel charged us the same price for the room on the last night even though we explained the situation to them. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our double room was large and well decorated. Air conditioning very efficient. Great location for shopping, restaurants and transportation. Buffet breakfeast was very good. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. |

The hotel location is very good, it is close to the Opera Garnier and Lafayette Stores. Rooms have been renovated recently, beds are quite small. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. The bed was quite short, even considering that I am not a tall person. |

The hotel staff all speak excellent English which is really brilliant fr a foreigner who could hardly speak any French. The hotel staff are all extremely polite. The interior of the rooms are very very old . Walls are peeling, Ceiling in the Bathroom are also peeling. My first 2 nights there is not even air conditioning in my room !! If only the hotel are to invest some money to renovate this hotel and with their brilliant staff, this wl be a hotel much better than any other 5 star hotel i have stayed in. |

The staff was helpful and nice. The room is spacious and excellent location. For smokers, you can only have the rooms on the first floor. |

Very good central location near Place Vendome, Madeleine Church and Opera Garnier. Big Rooms! Clean. Restaurants in front and around and a grocery store 50 mts.away. No Room Service. Main Elevator not working, but alternate elevator was ok. |

The location of the hotel is perfect! In a very safe area, in the middle of all the shopping atrtactions (Galeries, Opera, Rue Capucines, Blv Madelaine, ST Honore, etc). The staff are helpful & welcoming. The breakfast is rich. The room was relatively small with no view. Yet clean. |

Location is excellent, the room opens to a nice courtyard and my room was surprisingly big. The furnitures and decors are very old, though they kept it clean enough. |

I liked nothing about this hotel! Other than the central location there is nothing good about it! It's one of those hotels that makes you want to return home! This hotel needs some serious refurbishment. The tiles were falling off from the walls, the room was small, dark and smelly, the fabrics were old! Does not reflect it's 3 stars and certainly not the rate charged. We were very disappointed. |

I liked the location- it was very central to the areas that we visited so we were able to walk- whiich we particularly enjoy. Nearby bars were friendly too. |

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was ideal for access to the sights. Room was small however as storage and bathroom were separate it was just fine. Spotlessly clean...I'd highly recommend this hotel for those all above reasons. |

Friendly staff, breakfast included in the price, cheap internet, good location from a tourism perspective (close to the Opera, Louvre...) Air conditioning was too weak (I traveled during European summer), almost no English channels |
