Pidimme hotellin siisteydestä ja ulkonäöstä. Mukavat oleskelutilat, tosin ne eivät ihan vastanneet kuvia. Varsinkin huoneista sai paljon isomman vaikutelman, mutta niinhän se aina tuntuu olevan :) Huoneen koko oli meille kahdelle aivan riittävä. Aamiainen oli ok ja runsas. Palvelu respassa ja aamiaisella oli hyvää. Sijainti on keskeinen shoppailulle ja kävelymatkan päässä päänähtävyyksistä. Huone oli hiljainen ja sänky mukava. Kaikin puolin ok, hyvä hotelli. Emme yleensä käytä näin kalliita hotelleja ja taidamme tyytyä jatkossakin hieman edullisimpiin, sillä emme huomanneet olennaista eroa parempaan suuntaan. Hotelli on selkeästi vanhempien pariskuntien hotelli, ehkä hinnasta johtuen. Me taisimme olla ainut nuori pari..., meitä katsottiin ehkä hieman vinoon. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas, mutta ei tietenkään mitään vihreätä tarjolla. Huone oli tosiaan paljon pienempi kuin olimme ajatelleet, mutta ihan riittävä. Suihkussa ei ollut verhoa, joten se kasteli aina koko kylpyhuoneen, tosin amme oli mukava. Ilmastointi ei toiminut ihan moitteettomasti, oli joko hieman kylmä tai hieman liian kuuman kostea. Ei kuitenkaan haitannut olennaisesti. Sijainti on tosiaan shoppailulle erittäin hyvä, mutta me koimme ympäristön hieman tylsäksi. Nuorille pariskunnille suosittelisin hotellia lähempää Latinalaiskortteleita tai Montmartea. Paljon kodikkaampaa aluetta. |

Tasollisesti 3 tähteä, mutta kallis koska aika nuhjuiset huoneet. Huone haisi pahalle, ilmeisesti tupakoitu usein huoneessa. |

Erinomainen sijainti suurinpien tavaratalojen lähellä keskellä kaupunkia, mutta rauhallisella kadulla, aamiainen sisältyi hintaan, suurehko huone ja leveä sänky, uudistettu ja siisti kylpyhuone/wc. kovaääninen huonekohtainen ilmastointilaite, jota oli pidettävä päällä helteen johdosta.. |

Erinomainen sijainti. Ammattitaitoinen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, erityisesti vastaanotossa. Huone ei ollut aivan yhtä "hieno" kuin netissä näytetyt. |

The location itself is a great competitive advantage since its easy to get to/from hotel/Charles de Gaulle. The other important thing is that i have been a long-time client of this hotel since 1997 and at least every year i stay in this hotel once Nothing in particular; the concierage scope of services could have been expanded covering buying opera tickets, and train tickets etc. |

The situation. Only 5 minutes from Roissybus stop. Plenty cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Very near chic shopping areas. We asked for a triple room with 3 beds. What we got was a twin room with an extra bed, while it was not a camp bed it was not very comfortable and not really suitable for an adult. One of our party had to return early but the hotel charged us the same price for the room on the last night even though we explained the situation to them. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our double room was large and well decorated. Air conditioning very efficient. Great location for shopping, restaurants and transportation. Buffet breakfeast was very good. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. |

The hotel location is very good, it is close to the Opera Garnier and Lafayette Stores. Rooms have been renovated recently, beds are quite small. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. The bed was quite short, even considering that I am not a tall person. |

The hotel staff all speak excellent English which is really brilliant fr a foreigner who could hardly speak any French. The hotel staff are all extremely polite. The interior of the rooms are very very old . Walls are peeling, Ceiling in the Bathroom are also peeling. My first 2 nights there is not even air conditioning in my room !! If only the hotel are to invest some money to renovate this hotel and with their brilliant staff, this wl be a hotel much better than any other 5 star hotel i have stayed in. |

Very good central location near Place Vendome, Madeleine Church and Opera Garnier. Big Rooms! Clean. Restaurants in front and around and a grocery store 50 mts.away. No Room Service. Main Elevator not working, but alternate elevator was ok. |

The location of the hotel is perfect! In a very safe area, in the middle of all the shopping atrtactions (Galeries, Opera, Rue Capucines, Blv Madelaine, ST Honore, etc). The staff are helpful & welcoming. The breakfast is rich. The room was relatively small with no view. Yet clean. |

the staff were great....booking in staff ( young lady blond hair) was wonferful to us, breakfast staff great.....I watched staff clean the door handle with such energy and care....very friendly hotel. spoke very good english |

Location is excellent, the room opens to a nice courtyard and my room was surprisingly big. The furnitures and decors are very old, though they kept it clean enough. |
