the location and cleanliness
The patisserie across the road to the hotel
Clean friendly hotel. Staff concentious and in a perfect location for exploring Paris
Wi Fi during stay only in lobby..but this was due to refurbishment so was not a major concern
The hotel is 3 minutes walk from roissy bus stop so easy access from the airport. I cannot fault anything for 3 star hotel. Very clean and was quite comfy. Easy access to opera and Madeleine so was good location to go for shopping!
We stayed august 2014 and due to the maintenance wifi (very slow) was only available in the lobby.
No wifi working in rooms
Some of the staff were very helpful. Some were not. They spoke English well enough and did keep our bags after we checked out for a few hours.
There was mold in the room we think or the construction dust caused us problems. I am sensitive in my eyes and my travel partner is sensitive in her chest. The major draw back was the internet. It was broken the entire time. Only available in the long which was a service that was supposed to be available in the rooms. Also because there entire hotel had to use one access point the internet didn't work. It also didn't help that the staff was streaming either tv shows, Skype(we could hear the conversations), or just surfing.
The location is good for visiting Paris. It's between a number of metro stations and is also within walking distance of some of the main sights. The room we had was recently renovated so clean and in good condition. It was quiet too. It's a little overpriced for a room only but a safe bet for somewhere clean, quiet and easily accessible.
The toilet was separated from the bathroom and there was no wash hand basin in the toilet which made it awkward. The wifi was only working in the lobby area and was quite weak. The business centre had a problem when we needed to check in for our flights. The staff were helpful but it was an inconvenience.
Location and Room
No WiFi in room very disappointing.
The staff were great, the facilities were great and it was so comfortable.
Going down stairs for WiFi (but I understand that is being upgraded)
View of a garden non existent. Tiny TV, very plain Jane. Really a one or two star hotel
For two senior citizen ladies the hotel was excellent value for 5 days in August. The superior twin room was a good size and the newly furbished bathroom was simply superb - great shower and bath, lots of hot water. The breakfast was very good with hot food in addition to the cold meats, cheese and pastries of the continental breakfast. The staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Three minor things - (1) Lack of a mirror in the main part of the room for one to sit at for make-up, hair etc. There is a mirror behind the bedroom door and a mirror in the bathroom, but the lack of one in the main room was very inconvenient especially for ladies. The place where one expected a mirror was taken by a wall television flanked by two pendant lights which reflected on the television screen. Would suggest that the television be sited elsewhere and a mirror restored to its natural spot. (2) Lack of drawer space. Shelves are all very well for most clothing but one or two drawers of reasonable depth for odds and ends would be helpful. The bedside tables with two very narrow drawers were only decorative rather than useful. (3) Faulty neon light above bathroom mirror not replaced after informing the management.
Everything , location , staff , rooms.
Would be nice to have a kettle in the room
Near a couple of metro stations and within walking distance to the Rossy Bus station that connects Paris to the airport, making it extremely convenient to get around. Excellent breakfast in terms of choice and taste. My triple room on the 4th floor was very spacious with wonderful bathroom. Central air conditioning was working well. Staff were helpful, good amenities, and everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money and can't wait to come back again!
When I was there, wifi was only available on the ground floor, hopefully they'll fix it soon. There was a room with lots of sofa and chairs where you can sit around and use the internet though.
Easy to travel around within the city of Paris and right around the corner from the hop-on hop-off tour. The room was beautiful, modern and very comfortable.
Construction work was going on which made it a little noisy at times. Were told upon arrival that WiFi didn't work in our rooms and we would need to use it in the lobby. Barely worked in the lobby at all which was dissapointing.
The hotel was great and we had no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Wifi nog available in room.
It was convenient
It was dark and un impressive. There was nothing really bad about it but it lacked a bit of grace and refinement
Great location; very professional, helpful and organised staff; very comfortable rooms - compact but really well designed; felt very secure; felt very welcome; breakfast option is great if you want a hearty and healthy start to the day; the lounge is very charming; check in was absolutely seamless and easy - best I have ever experienced; similarly departure was really straightforward; location is terrific - busy and vibrant area; in contrast, the room was very quiet.
Staff were lovely and friendly and happy to talk in English and/or French. Location was great; near metro, within Opera district, 15 minutes walk to Louvre etc).
Breakfast was pleasant but a little pricey (15 euros per person). But can get a smaller breakfast at cafes within 1-2 minutes walk.
The location was perfect in the heart of the shopping district, restaurants and Metro stations. The hotel is undergoing renovations and now charges a premium for its rooms. The location for us was our priority but for others it may seem a quite expensive for what it offers. The rooms have a small fridge.
The standard rooms are usually down some back corridor with very low ceilings and are claustrophobic overlooking plumbing. The breakfast is definitely nor worth it and better options are to be found in the surrounding streets. The power sockets are few and far between and the bathroom very small. There has been a price restructure as a result of cosmetic renovations.
friendly staff, comfortable room, wonderful service
Wifi was only working in the lobby, but this was a temporary problem.
Close to main location attraction etc
No wifi in rooms and at moment under new refurbishment, which they should state!
Very convenient location.
The AC is pretty weak.
Location, helpful staff, quiet.
construction going on entire 6 day stay
