One of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in in Paris. Thank you very much!!

I liked nothing about this hotel! Other than the central location there is nothing good about it! It's one of those hotels that makes you want to return home!

This hotel needs some serious refurbishment. The tiles were falling off from the walls, the room was small, dark and smelly, the fabrics were old! Does not reflect it's 3 stars and certainly not the rate charged. We were very disappointed.

good location , good breakfast , very cooperative and efficient staff , the room was spacious and clean . high value for money

the elevator is small and un convenient

Friendly staff, breakfast included in the price, cheap internet, good location from a tourism perspective (close to the Opera, Louvre...)

Air conditioning was too weak (I traveled during European summer), almost no English channels

It easy to find out hotel and location is good near subway,shop

the hotel room look old not so clean , after use toilet the water pipe is so loud ,bathroom quite big but not look good.door room key is complicate for us to use as hotel room like a maze,take a time for me to get out from hotel

It was very convenient to get around in Paris (several metros around),near to Shopping areas, eateries around. Access to/from airport just mins away with the Paris Roissy Bus. Bakery just opposite the hotel where we have good breakfast with good prices. Very good location.

We were on holidays and did not bring our laptop along. We would have prefer to have access to computer and are willing to pay for the use of it but this was not availiable. I suppose with the good location and Paris prices, the rate is reasonable. However, the room where my colleague who i had recommend to stay here was not in very good condition.

The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom made our stay wonderful. Breakfast that was included with our plan was also good.

Most of the staff were fantastic except for one......

Flexible, helpful and cheerful staff, breakfast included, convenient location of hotel, rate in comparison to other hotels. Staff happily changed our room to a better one when we raised a few problems.

Some of the beds are uncomfortable (need replacing), the only English language TV stations are news stations (BBC, CNN), we had to change rooms as the first room was too hot, air con wasn't functioning, and it was noisy when window was open. However second room was good (and staff were happy to assist with changing room). Breakfast was basic and got boring over 8 nights...
