Saint-Petersbourg Opera (圣彼得堡歌剧酒店)    

交通相当方便，工作人员也很热情。

没有免费无线上网，这点让人挺失望的。自助早餐也有些偏贵。

Amazing place. Staff was very nice and we got everything we asked for help. Room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom clean and renovated by recent standards. Everything was just fantastic

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to be helpful with directions and suggestions. The breakfast was excellent!! I would stay here again and again.

Fantastic location. We stayed in room 505 with a lovely little balcony.

The beds are far to short for taller people. The safe is to small to hold two laptops and other valuables.

Excellent location for shopping at au Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. A very short walk to Roissy bus. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful. Looking forward to another stay there in the near future.

Fantastic location. The triple room we have is wonderful. Bathroom size was larger than expected in size-tight Paris. We had shower and bath in our bathroom. Staff service is exceptionally good. A must for those who want to stay near great eating and shopping places. A deli is just right outside as well as a Pharmacy.

Excellent location. Delux room was plenty large for three of us; especially large for Paris. Staff was excellent had the crib for our 7 month baby already in the room when we arrived. Five minute walk to the metro, fifteen to the Louvre. Would recommend again.

The hotel was under a remodeling when we were there. Not a big inconvenience but noticable.

Rooms are too small, view is not good, poor value for money - but in Paris everything is expensive

There are repairs now at the hotel, so if you would like to sleep after 9am choose another hotel

Staff were friendly & courteous. Room was clean & comfortable Location is ideal for shopping/sightseeing/airport transit & lots of local restaurants/bars/cafes.

Building Works, we stayed at weekend so not a serious problem, could imagine it would be different during the week. Breakfast seriously overpriced at €15 p/p, surrounding cafes @ €6-9. No Tea/coffee making facilities.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free upgrade of our room because our booked room wasn't available. Rooms were clean. Nice breakfast buffet.

Breakfastbuffet was nice but a bit on the expensive side.

Location was fantastic, we could walk everywhere interesting, right in the heart of it all. The hotel was friendly and comfortable with a great breakfast. Even though there was some refurbishement, nothing interrupted our stay.

Be prepared for a firm mattress!

The staff is very attentive. What impress us is they took the effort to remember which room you were from. The staff pass to us our room key when he see us. The room came with a large balcony.

There an employee of Indian origen that made our stay superb!!!!!

The room had a heavy sigarette smell. Very unpleasant!

Location was an easy walk to the main Paris attractions as well as the shopping . Lovely cafe/restaurants outside the front door .

The hotel staff were very friendly despite my limited French. The hotel is undergoing complete renovation, the rooms allocated to both couples on our trip had been completely made over, and I imagine we were the first to occupy them. The room numbering system on the first floor is rather confusing to say the least, but after returning to reception having not found our room the receptionist accompanied us, and proved the french do have a sense of humor when he couldn't find the room himself. All in all a well located hotel when many bistros and cafes nearby. Well enjoyed our trip very much.

Excellent location for visiting the city and perfect for concerts at l'olympia. Friendly and helpful staff, was happy when they assigned me a silent room in the upper floor as I had requested. Rooms are exactly as pictured in the hotel photos.

Smell coming from pipes in the bathroom.

Comfortable accommodation, quiet room, very helpful staff. Good area and very close to the venue of our concert.

The bathroom fittings were rather down at heel, chipped basin, shower only just OK.
