Excellent location for shopping! No need to take any public transportation for shopping around in the Opera area.

Hotel itself is not new, but good enough to sleep for one or two nights. No complementary coffee in the room.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel: the Reception area, the welcoming staff, the room which is very clean and its proximity to the rossy bus station

Internet free use - a desk top for in-house guest to make some general inquiries during their stay which somehow should minimise the enquires directed to the front desk. After all a free internet terminal has been rather common in all other hotels in other countries in similar category

Room is very small

it was in a very good area with 3 metro stations nearby,roissy bus walking distance, shops all over.staff very helpful.

We found all the staff to be efficient, warm and friendly and we received excellent service. But an extra word of thanks to Madame Alexandre who I thought was outstanding. This coupled with the hotel’s undoubted charm and location means that providing we can access the same competitive rates, we will back to stay
