Facilities were in poor order and 5:30 pm check in with no place to leave bag

Bed very comfortable,shower worked,very basic but the basics worked.

A little tacky and dated. Half a cup of lukewarm coffee priced at £2.20. Toilet roll on ration. Hotel is in an area which is probably the worst in Bayonne with drunks scattering their cans about the place.

Nothing, other than location to trainstation

it was the most horrible place to stay, it was dirty, dirty, dirty and for that kind of money I expect a clean room and clean shower, it looked like shit in the corners of the shower, and there were things crawling on the carpet that had not been cleaned at all. The door was had a space that was eaten away, probably with animals. I dont understand how booking.com can have a hotel like this in their repertoire. Not only was it NOT a hotel, it was an apartment house with rooms. No service like advertised i.e. breakfast etc. I had to wait for someone to show up to open the door, I waited half an hour ringing and ringing. . I want me money back... this was worse than the most albergue that I have slept in in Spain. At least the places are clean.

Close to the city center, despite the neighbourghood doesn't look ver much fine. Lot of drunk people at the nearest streets. Din't feel very safe with my wife and a little child. By other hand, hotel was acceptable but for the attendance at our arrival and bathroom.

When we arrived no one in the reception (18.30h!!). After a couple of phone calls, the owner inform us about our room number, that was open wide, about where we could find the key of the room to lock it, and password code for late arrivals. Lights in the bathroom doesn't work properly. Unclean sensation.

Good place to stay overnight,

Although it was an old , small hotel, it was very comfortable and clean and the manager was very attentive.

Nothing. It served my purpose for a quick, comfortable lay over in Bayonne

It was fine for a quick overnighter. Very convenient for the Railway Station.

No wifi could be connected in the room, not enough power points,

The bed was great but thats where it ends. The plumbing was so noisy you were pretty much awake the entire night. It was so loud it sounded like construction going on in the next room. I was extremely tired after two days of travelling so I did manage to sleep a few hours but don´t count on it unless you are absolutely exhausted. Earplugs should be given out at the front desk.

O hotel tem aparência decadente e de abandono. Parece que ja foi um grande hotel, mas seu tempo já passou e agora sobrevive de raros hospedes que aprecem com num filme de Alfred Hitchcock. Não voltarei e não indico.

La discrétion, le calme et la liberté

La ubicación. Las camas, de dureza cómoda.

Hotel viejo y descuidado. Las paredes agrietadas, desconchadas y abombadas. La tuberías y llaves de paso dan miedo de lo viejas que están. Suelo inclinado. El cuarto de baño dentro de la habitación, sí, pero sin techo y sin inodoro. El W.C. en el pasillo, pequeño y sucio. Almohadas, las de tamaño más pequeño, muy duras. Sólo un enchufe en toda la habitación ( para afeitarse, recarga móviles,etc) y no funcionaba, de antiguo que era. La habitación, silenciosa sí, pero porque no había más clientes que nosotros, salvo una pareja! El desayuno (6€) una birria, y el café, un aguachirle absolutamente imbebible! Pagar por una noche 52€ por ésto, un atraco a mano armada.

La ubicación.

Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, y no tenían WC incluído. En una de ellas no teníamos ni luz. Las cerraduras de las puertas tampoco no son demasiado seguras: son muy antiguas y cuesta muchísimo abrir y cerrar puertas. El dueño anda a sus anchas y te toca la puerta o entra en caso de estar abierta sea la hora que sea. Además, no sabe ninguna otra lengua que no sea el francés: ni euskera, ni castellano, ni inglés...

Nem felelt meg minimális elvárásomnak, mely átutazásom során csak egy közepesen komfortos igény volt. Kicsi szoba, elhasználódott bútorzat, rossz hangszigetelés és szűk ágy, mely véleményem szerint ágyban rejtőző poloskákat vagy egyéb élősködőket tartalmazhatott. Intezív viszketés és rossz közérzettel párosulva nálam. Nem ajánlom a hotelt senkinek!

Sa situation géographique : en face de la gare, près du centre ville.

Pas de réception avant 16h 00 pour laisser les bagages. Pas de réception le matin en partant.Restaurant ni ouvert ni fermé. Hôtel vétuste (moquettes, tapisseries, peintures, éléments salle de bain, tout semblait dater des années 60). Le ménage semblait fait , la literie était propre mais l'aspect général était douteux. L'accueil (très bref) était courtois. Impression d'un hôtel qui ne tourne pas normalement.

ホテルオーナーがフレンドリーで親切、なにかと頼りになります。 駅に近く場所も判りやすい。 オーナーが全てをこなしている小規模ホテルなので、一日3組程度しか客をとってないのでは？ 朝食も簡素でしたが、心がこもっている感じで価格の割に美味しかったです。 駅前で食品スーパーに近く便利。 1カ月間の旅行でしたが、自分がフランス映画の主人公になったようで、一番思い出に残っているホテルです。-

価格が価格なので設備は古い、壊れかけたシャワーがユニットが部屋に直接設置しているなどボロっちいので覚- 悟して泊まってください。 ボロだけど不潔ではありません。 エレベーターはありませんけど、二階（あちらでは1階）の部屋でした。 私は、ここのホテルしかなかったので泊まりましたが、傷んだシャワーをだましながら使うなどなかなか面白い- 経験でした。 場所が裏通りなので、ちょっと治安が良くないですが、窓からの路地の眺めや通行人の生活音など、それなりに- 雰囲気があります。 また、泊まりたいホテルです。

La proximité de la gare (moins de 200m) étant donné que nous avions rendez-vous à la gare pour le départ vers St Jacques de Compostelle

Propreté limite, pas au niveau des draps mais à l'intérieur de l'hôtel ; nous y avons séjourné deux nuits, le 16 Septembre et le 23 Septembre ; pour la 2ème nuit, nous n'avons vu personne ni en arrivant ni le lendemain (partis très tôt) etj'ai envoyé un chèque ensuite pour le règlement de la 2ème nuit ; le plus grave, au matin du 24 septembre, plein de petites bêtes couraient sur la literie, notamment l'oreiller ; j'ai eu ensuite plein de boutons sur la figure, le cou, les bras et j'ai dû aller aux urgences ensuite ....
