Though the room is the best it can offer, its bed is old, bed sheets & pillows are old, looks brownies already.
we booked for 2 adults and 1 child upto 4 yrs option, but the room offered does not have even space to walk around the standard double bed- when enquired back at reception, we were told we need to upgrade and despite fighting and trying to explain my booking comes with 2+1, they fail to understand and had took 20 eur a night extra as i had no other option to accomodate three of us as per booking but take another twin bed room which atleast offered space for 2+1 kid to sleep The situation ahndled was poor and we were called cheats for not willing to pay for the extra- they kpet repeating that room i booked is standrad double- kid accomodation is just a request which they do not have to fufill - but this should have been told when i signed and i paid at 10 am in the morning only to find the issue at 11 pm on a very tired night. reception people cant speak english and tough time to even explain the situation - finally we were told that this is booking.com issue and 2+1 was never hotel's price/bed option. Absolutely not good Towels were not cleaned/replaced every day, dustbins not emptied, the toilet mat was so poor and dirty, the bedsheets and pillows are awful.. we had to keep everything inside a white linen to avoid any health issues.
The location was fine. The price OK. If you are just there to sleep and spend all day exploring the city then it's OK for a few days.
It has a council estate feel. Seems like there's families with children living there, so there was a bit of noise at times. WiFi drops in and out. Room was pretty run down to say the least.
good room, nice ladies at reception
Location and helpful staff
Wi fi was not good and rooms were too small
Wifi was good, bed was comfortable, a good place to stay for budget travellers
Staff didn't inform us of check out time, bathroom was a bit mouldy and didn't have good ventilation, a kettle would have been good. Also didn't like being do close to the reception as you could always hear staff and guests talking.
the rooms are really old and dirty...I mean: they we cleaned but it's TOO Old should be completely refurbished
Free wifi and decent shower
Night staff spoke no English, wifi was very slow, bed had a plastic mat beneath it, room looked dirty and felt depressing, rooms block NO noise at all. This was my experience: I booked the hotel for 2 nights at €55 each. When I arrived I was told there were no more rooms at that rate and that I would have to pay €85 for each night, even though I had made a reservation for €55. The first night there was literally rode construction going on outside and I awoke to a vaccum cleaner outside my door at 7:00 am. Very poor hotel, do not ruin your trip to Paris by staying here.
Location was fine Wi-Fi was included
rooms need renovating are very small Stairs were narrow and steep. Towels were old and torn. No tea or coffee making.
