Saphir Hôtel  

The room was very spacious and the minibus to Disneyland parc was very handy.

The restroom was not very clean and the coffee they serve for breakfast is terrible.

It was a nice hotel, the kids loved the pool. WIFI worked fine with no extra cost (IPad). Beds litlle to hard but ok. Staff where very nice all the time. Breakfast was okey, good enought for me/us.

Multiple wifi-connection would be nice but okay with one. We had 4 Iphone and a Ipad, only one could connect each time.

Generally nice hotel with good facilities - swimming pool, tennis, snooker. Good breakfast, fresh orange juice maker. Easy access from the main road.

Carpets could have been cleaner. Has punch card keys for room access... A little refurbishment to the hotel will really raise the ratings.

This is a really nice hotel, a short drive from Disney. It offers a good breakfast free internet and a pool ...

The hotel looks great and is kept clean. The onsite parking was good. The staff we encountered were polite and friendly.

Its a big hotel and had real problems accommodating everyone at breakfast. This was causing people to queue up outside the dinning area to be seated for breakfast even though the staff were working very hard and fast to cope.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts

The room was very hot - even after speaking to the hotel reception staff about how uncomfortably hot it was - we were just offered a fan and told all rooms were the same. They did not send anybody up to the room to check it was ok. We also asked for an extra pillow and we were told there was none, so we had to use a spare blanket as a pillow for our 4 night stay. We had dinner at the hotel on Christmas Eve and my husband changed his mind and decided to go with a buffet instead of the a la carte menu. The waiter was not very accommodating and we were not made to feel welcome. They also debited our credit card when I made the booking, even though the T&C's clearly stated that no pre-authorisation was required. They owned up to their mistake and paid the money back - 7 days later! I took our bank statement to the hotel to show them that we had now been charged for being over our credit card limit and that they had paid us back less money than they had taken out. The hotel manager said they could not refund any of that money because of 'accounting purposes' and they could not compensate us in the form of a free meal as the restaurant was a separate business. A very disappointing hotel in terms of friendliness, professionalism and hospitality. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we would not recommend it to anyone.

we very much enjoyed our stay at the saphir hotel.The price,location,plenty of parking,facilities and breakfast.I give 10 out of 10.We would definetly come back if we have another family occasion.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the good breakfast. Nice and friendly personnel.

We stayed for 3 nights. It took 2 days to be able to make use of the refrigirator in the room to store my medicine that needs to be kept in the refrigirator.

The swimming pool was fun for the kids ..

We found the staff ignorant . they didnt want to help you with anything.. The shuttle bus to euro disney was unreliable. They forgot to pick us up . waited nearlly 2 hrs outside disney it was dark cold and windy . and with a 3yr old I was not happy... Also the breakfast was cold, and very basic .. streaky greasy bacon , scrambled eggs which were vile. And litttle sausages.... The room was not liked it was advertised ...a bit shabby. U need a car to stay at this hotel. Also it was epensive for drinks .... there was better hotels in the area .. and the triple room . was a double room with a camp bed in it , which was broken...

Excelent for families. A little pool, PS3 for kids. If you have a car it is nearby Disneyland.

Good connection to EuroDisney and Paris. Reasonable roomprices.

I liked the area was nice and quite and some of the staff people were nice.

The staff were not to friendly I had to order things to my room but was told to come down myself and I had to go down and sometimes send my daughter to get hot water which they didnt bring the room was not cleaned I had to ask them I told them to clean the room everyday and change the sheets and put towels but not done, but I really liked the hotel the way it was set. My wife was not happy with the service. If the service and all the things were done nicely and cleaned I would definetly come back and recommend my family members and friends Also there was 1/2roll of toilet paper which was there on Friday when we arrived that was finished on Saturday since then it was ordered but didnt see that but we had tissue which we used.
