The ride in the lexus to Disneyland Paris as our "transit bus" was a nice surprise!

No snack or "light bite" options in the restaurant. A fridge in the room would have been useful.

Well receptive and attentive.

Felt a little dated. Only one thin pillow.

The rate and the friendly personel.

We booked a triple room with a double and a single bed, but we got a double bedroom where they placed an extra folding bed. This was not very comfortable. And aigain, the refrigirator was not open as I asked for at the booking of the room.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts

The room was very hot - even after speaking to the hotel reception staff about how uncomfortably hot it was - we were just offered a fan and told all rooms were the same. They did not send anybody up to the room to check it was ok. We also asked for an extra pillow and we were told there was none, so we had to use a spare blanket as a pillow for our 4 night stay. We had dinner at the hotel on Christmas Eve and my husband changed his mind and decided to go with a buffet instead of the a la carte menu. The waiter was not very accommodating and we were not made to feel welcome. They also debited our credit card when I made the booking, even though the T&C's clearly stated that no pre-authorisation was required. They owned up to their mistake and paid the money back - 7 days later! I took our bank statement to the hotel to show them that we had now been charged for being over our credit card limit and that they had paid us back less money than they had taken out. The hotel manager said they could not refund any of that money because of 'accounting purposes' and they could not compensate us in the form of a free meal as the restaurant was a separate business. A very disappointing hotel in terms of friendliness, professionalism and hospitality. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we would not recommend it to anyone.

The food at the restaurant was a very nice surprise... for the money. Really good for less than 35 eur, yo canhave a full diner: entree, main course, chees, and dessert.... and both entree and dessert are buffets, so you can eat as much as you like.

The wifi connection was good (with a poor signal but ok for e-mail) in the morning, but unavailable in the evening. When complaining about this at the reception they said it was a recent issue, that they had change something since a few days that was causing this. I stayed there for a full week and was never able to connect more than 5 minutes after 7pm...

Sauna and indoor swimming pool.

We came to Paris around 8am with two little kids. We couldn't check in until 3pm. This was major inconvenient for us. (Other hotels check in time is around 12noon.) Lot of dust on the fixtures and fittings. No proper guidance about how to operate the Airconditions/heating. The room was very very hot and we had an unpleasant stay., There is no equipment to make our own beverage whenever we wanted. In April we stayed in Novetel hotel in Paris, they have provided us with fridge, kettle and cups etc. Also let us check in earlier than 12noon.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the good breakfast. Nice and friendly personnel.

We stayed for 3 nights. It took 2 days to be able to make use of the refrigirator in the room to store my medicine that needs to be kept in the refrigirator.

The staff at the front desk.

Bathroom smelled like mold. Hair in the bed. Breakfast was terrible for the price. Cold and uncooked eggs and bacon. Croissants were crushed. Hot chocolate was very watery. If going to disneyland please drive yourself. It is very unorganized and you may get left behind.

Excelent for families. A little pool, PS3 for kids. If you have a car it is nearby Disneyland.

Not alot really - we stayed many years ago and since then it has really gone down. The lifts did not work and as I had a bad leg that was not good at all. We were offered a very small service lift but had to wait five minutes each time wde rang for it. The breakfast was okay but the scrambledd eggs and bacon only just warm until we complained. We oirdered room service but it never came! The only good thing about this hotel was the price - but then again perhaps it would have been better to pay more for a better hotel.

See abovde - as there was nothing we liked and will not be staying there again espec ially as we had taken friends on our recommendation.
