The Sauna didn't work at 9.30pm. We can't to have any dishes for us and what is very important for child. ( when we arrived in the hotel)
Not much. It was clean and provided a comfortable bed.
Trek to the lift. Room has no telephone nor could I recharge my mobile phone tho apparently reception will provide an adaptor with a deposit. The restaurant provided very restricted menu - the main course I chose at an excessive28 euro proved disappointing [tough meat]. I had ordered a taxi but the taxi-driver couldn't find out which room I was in from reception.
Staff were ignorant and would bury there heads behind the desk rather than speak to you or even say hello. Room was way outdated had a strange office desk and chair complete with filling cabinets?? Shuttle to Disney had to be organised the day before you get a time slot to go and return and no amendments can be made. Taxi was 50 euro each way if you missed shuttle. If you want cheaper than Disney hotels and don't mind driving this is not too bad.
It was really close to Disney, about a 15-20 minute drive. They had a bar menu and we got late night sandwiches a couple of nights.
The fitness center only had ellipticals. The front desk people always seemed angry or irritated with you. Maybe it's just French in general, not quite sure. The suite we stayed in wasn't much of a suite. Two separate rooms, one tv, no fridge, no couch.
Breakfast could be cheaper!!
Superior suite was great value and perfect for our family of four. Location was good for Disneyland, just about 20mins drive away.
Breakfast was basic for 15Euro price tag.
* location * Price when deals are on * safe parking * Clean
* there should be 2 chairs in a double room * The air conditioning is out of date and no temperature control. * Room far too warm especially at night *Breakfast is fair to good but over priced at € 15. * Restaurante is too expensive & trying to be up market but not making it ! * One elevator out of action making the morning rush a mess.
* Double room should have 2 chairs but it only has one. * Airconditioning choice of temperature is non existant.. Only the speed of the blower is controlable. * The rooms are far too hot at night. * breakfast is good but certainly not worth €15. * We do not use the restaurante because is attempts to be up market but in fact is not & too expensive.
The room was clean and comfortable. The spa was basic but operational. Other reviews have said that the pool was unheated- this was not the case. The pool is heated but the single glaze glass and tin building it is in is not freezing so you need to stay in the water at all costs! Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff seem to be doing their best but are either clueless with customer service or really do have their hands unreasonably tied.
We booked this hotel for its location to disneyland and its free shuttle service. We called to inform the hotel when we would be arriving and when we would require the shuttle. They told us we needed to specify when booking if we had wanted a shuttle and we needed to spend 70 euros on a taxi to get there but they would get us a shuttle back. We booked the last shuttle back they offer- 10pm. When we arrived at disneyland it became apparent that this was after the closing fireworks and the hotel / taxi service were unable to pick us up any later so we would need to book another taxi to see the fireworks. Returning to the hotel on the shuttle we hoped to have a christmas drink at the bar, the bar was closed. Wifi was only available on a single device for each room- 3 people connecting was impossible. We booked a triple bedroom which was advertised as 3 single beds, got a double and single. Not a problem for us but not what advertised and could be a problem for others. My sister (who runs a travel company) suggested that due to the amount of money we had to spend on taxis, a free breakfast might be nice... We were politely told that would not be possible. When checking out they suddenly offered us free breakfast if we hurried in the five minutes before it shut, as long as we ate in the lobby. This would have been a lovely gesture if it had been with better timing!
Very good and rich breakfast, friendly and good enghlish speaking staff,
Wifi conection only for 1device,expensive food at the bar, A bit old fashioned hotel, far from RER train, not enuaght light in the room
Reception staff not very welcoming, not well organised, not very helpful, argumentative, did not provide good useful information, very less hospitality and arrogant. They need to understand that people from foreign countries do not have local knowledge therefore staff should give right and good information to help foreigners. Guest pay for facilities and should be treated with dignity and respect not ended up confronting with staff. Reception manager was extremely rude, did not care about family with young children, immoral and arrogant. Rue du Maréchal Delattre de Tassigny Calais, 62100, France
Had all we needed
Rather without any character or soul
Easy parking Quietness
Poor wifi Dark floors Breakfast
Location for eurodisney great with free shuttle to parks
No facilities in room, only bed, TV, bathroom Price of breakfast ridiculous especially for children
Close to disney Was clean enough
Rooms were dated and a bit rough round the edges.
Booked a 4 personroom, and got a sofa for the third and fourth person... Slept very bad cause of that
Comfy place near Disneyland Paris. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Wifi works but we both couldn't be connected at the same time.
The staff were very friendly and competent.
The location. For those arriving by train, no car, is far from everything. Everything is miles away. The station, the shopping centers, restaurants. Is a suitable hotel for anyone going down that road. The other point is about the transfer service was going to leave us and pick up at the Disney Park - and is ensured by the Hotel - the first day was delayed hours, and on the second day they did not allow time change - little flexibility for the customer.
Clean and the room was comfortable.
The hotel was not so welcoming.
Helpfullness of reception staff. Very good breakfast
An upgrade to the airconditioning would be most welcome so that the temperature could be selected for each room. A buffet and lower cost menue would enable us to dine at the hotel.
Generally very good all round
I suggest that the air conditioning system should be upgraded so that Temperature control could be achieved in each room. T.V choice is limited to french stations and only CNN in english if UK visitors outnumber those of the USA then BBC/ITV should be available.
Nice staff. Friendly and helpful.
Pillows are flimsy, and the mattresses unsupportive. WiFi is laughable: it requires re-authentication every few minutes, and only supports one device at the time.
Breakfast expensive and poor
The hotel location suited us
No air conditioning. The sunny spring made the bedrooms too hot.
The hotel was almost as advertised. The staff were excellent and the rooms comfortable.
The hotel was a liitle way out from central paris but ok for disneyland. The gym comprised about four old exercise machines but the swimming pool was ok. The cost of the room was a little on the high side.
