Comfort hotel Orléans Nord - Saran  

I like free parking place, free wifi, room clean, price cheap and near eating mall place.

This was a good stop off point travelling from the uk to Spain. The hotel sent clear directions for arriving by car.

Unlike others who have commented about this hotel we found it very easily after leaving the a10. We used it as a stop-over on a journey down to Spain and found it ideal. The room was newly refurbished and very comfortable, There is free WiFi. We didn't eat in the restaurant but prices were competitive and the food looked good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would use this hotel again.

We arrived quite late and the car park was very full - but we did manage to find a space eventually.

Pleasant, clean and tidy. What you hope to expect for budget hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean Comfortable Rooms

Everything was fine

We booked a disabled room for my daughter who is a wheelchair user. The disabled facilities were useless. There were no grab rails in the bathroom at all. The shower was over a bath that she couldn't use. The bathroom was unsafe for a disabled user.

Internet facility.close to motorway, but according the explanation it has been very dificult to find,Should improve the explanation in order to reach the hotel without asking people.

Not much really got no sleep as group of kids directly above were partying all night and no staff available to sort it out they set fire alarm off and everything

No night porter to sort out room full of children having party all night

There was nothing to entice me into re-booking this hotel

This is the first time I have stayed in a Comfort hotel. I found that the instructions on how to find the hotel extremely poor, and spent almost an hour driving around Orleans before finding it. On complaining about this to the receptionist, she agreed with me that this is a problem with this hotel. Also the pillows on the bed smelt badly of sweat/perspiration. They had no pillow protector, only the pillowcase which is not enough to protect the pillow itself. Finally, having travelled from the south of France, and being very tired, I was informed that there was no chef, and therefore I was not able to dine in the hotel, which is what I normally do after such a long journey. On this basis I would not choose to book a Comfort hotel in the future

La salle de bain très jolie la literie de bonne qualité

Le parking, non éclairé derrière l hotel, manque de sécurité Le fait d avoir 2 petites couettes pour un lit double

Bon hôtel d'étape, bien situé sur la RN10. Buffet petit déjeuner correct.

L'accès pourrait être amélioré (heureusement nous y étions déjà passé l'an dernier).

Son côté ecologie tres bein , salle de bain tres chaude
