The staff were friendly and the room was a good size.
My room was not prepared by the time I arrived and had checked in. The shower did not drain well. I did not sleep very well due to the noise from outside.
Cleaner in the morning nocking at the door at 8.00 am.
Everything Tatty, parking nightmare.....did not feel safe...customer service non existant .....stayed in many IBis budgets before...all good....this one lets them all down.....
We had a breakdown of car while at tours. while we were waiting for taxi to arrive we requested to extend check out time by 1 hour. Request was not catered. Also behavior of reception lady was not pleasant.
Pretty much what you'd expect from a budget hotel: nothing spectacular, but everything was perfectly serviceable. The location was ideally situated to access the train station and all the major sights were within walking distance
Shower head needs to be replaced soon and the shower curtain smelled really musty. Also, the fact that you needed to create an account to access the wi-fi was an unpleasant surprise, but I think it's fairly standard in Tours

location is good. clean room. quiet from railway side.
little bit tricky parking. unstable wifi. minimum furniture in the room.
Convenient and cheap. Staff great, really helpful and cheerful
Rude old lady at reception
Receptions are nice. Beds are clean, and comfortable.
wifi is not working and the third bed was not set up
Clarity of my booking
Close to train station (less than 10 minute walk) Close to many restaurants and tourist office Comfortable rooms Very clean Friendly staff Decent, very basic breakfast
Wifi wasn't working for the majority of 2 night stay (spoke with staff, apparently a server issue, but wifi still wasn't great after the "fix"); not sure how permanent of an issue this is.
This hotel is located within one minute of the train station, three minutes walk of the tourist office and about ten minutes from St.Gatien's Cathedral. The rooms are basic but functional and clean. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. This is no frills hotel with a low price and an excellent location.
Location is good.
Wifi was unstable or not working. No toilet paper, broken douche holder.
Convenience of location. Tours old town was lovely.
Negative attitude of staff - very unwelcoming reception. Breakfast charged at extra cost but was poor quality and dining room was very cramped. Hotel had virtually no facilities. Travelodge do things better!
location is very covinient, near the train station and city center. hotel room is clean and quiet, good breakfast and helpful stuff.
wifi signal is not stable.
Secure under ground parking which I would advise but you have to pay extra for, 5 euros. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Bed not bad but pillows I found hard.
Breakfast, not worth the money, even at french prices. No night staff if you want to leave early.
Did I mention we liked the location? The breakfast buffet was a reasonable expense for the location. The bed was comfortable. Surprisingly quiet.
The breakfast room size was overflowing with guests. The bathroom door swings out against room traffic so if someone is working at the desk he/she has to move so the other party can use the bathroom.
Easy parking, close to centre of town.
The room was rather small but perfect for just one or two nights and with not much luggage.
Parking in cellar exelent
The breakfast was very spartan compared with Ibis in Germany By booking we asked for 2 extra pillows but got none
Price and location
Hotel in general and rooms are rather austere.
the beds is full of bugs that feed of blood of us, the bed was severe damage you saw the interior of the bed the was so little that you can go. was not clean in the corners and the tv don't work we left telling the manager but her face tell me this was not the first time in spanish is a word for the place: Pocilga
bathrooms smelled of wee and the corridors smelled of cigarette smoke
close to train station and city centre
frequently interrupted and weak wifi signal inside room
The hotel is only a couple of minutes' walk from the railway station and the city centre. Cheap and cheerful.
There is no kettle in the room and the towels were quite thin. There was no bathmat provided, though the shower configuration made it impossible not to get water on the floor. There was no hook within reaching distance for your towel.
