Muy ordenado y limpio. Muy bien decorado y confortable. La ubicación en el pueblo es muy central y buena, además de tranquila. Sus propietarios muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar.

La ubicación en el centro histórico de Sarlat, las instalaciones nuevas e impecables, muy acogedor y cómodo. Alex y Sofía, sus dueños, son absolutamente encantadores y te ayudan en todo lo que puedas necesitar, la estancia allí ha sido como estar en casa. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, muy bien reformado, las estancias espaciosas y no hay ni un ruido. Hay un parking al lado del apartamento de pago y si no otro a cinco minutos gratuito. Es muy recomendable, sin duda.

Equipamiento excelente. Apartamento de diseño, con todo tipo de comodidades y detalles de buen gusto. Su responsable, Alejandro, es un magnifico profesional,muy atento y dispuesto. La ubicación es magnifica, y el entorno del apartamento, absolutamente tranquilo. La estancia y atención han sido magnificas. Extremadamente recomendable !

Todo. Apartamento magnifico, nuevo, todas las comodidades y en pleno casco antiguo en la zona peatonal. Nos han quedado ganas de regresar y estar mas dias,

Por comentar algo , tendrian que avisar que la persona que te recibe y te da las llaves está dos portales más lejos , pero una vez lo encuentras te ofrece toda la información y todas las facilidades. Te indica tambien los aparcamientos gratuitos más cercanos y que posiblemente no encontrariamos sin indicación.

The apartment was well designed and extremely well located for exploring the city of Sarlat. Every possible need for the traveler had been considered and provided for.

The stay at this hotel was a highlight of our trip. We were looking for a place to stay that had more of an apartment feel so we could do some of our own cooking etc These newly renovated apartments were beautifully done and had every amenity we needed. The location is incredible in Sarlat and also a good base for exploring the surrounding area. We had a rental car, but had no trouble finding free parking close by. The hotel staff were so friendly and willing to help us get reservations etc. Absolutely wonderful.

The accommodation is very new, well appointed, & has an excellent location in the heart of the old town. Each room is tastefully decorated with all the new modern conveniences. The owner, Alex is very helpful, with nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Sarlat.

The convenient location, modern design and the amenities of an apartment. The owner was helpful and eager to please. He provided his cell number, directed us to free parking and made restaurant reservations for us the day we arrived.

It was nice to find a clean, well designed, fully occupied, brand new, great located apartment, which offers you cooking, making laundry, and the feeling that you are at home but in the middle of an old and charming city. It’s a wonderful place, and Alex is a really nice host. Sarlat is a perfect location as a base camp for daily trips around the area. It was the best apartment which we stayed in during our 3 weeks’ vacation in France.

Everything was perfect

The room was wonderful and practical. Our room was the one with the garden, which we recommend with good weather. Having a meal outside with the view to the cathedral is a must. Also the owner, Alex, is very friendly and will give you all the support you need. I highly recommend this apartment for couples that want to go to Sarlat or visit the region, having Sarlat has the base.

Beautiful modern appartment right within this amazing medieval town. Could not be any closer to the fantastic restaurants and shops of Sarlat. I'd come back and stay again without hesitation.

Very little to fault as these appartments are very new. Well equipped. As this is right in the the old town there is no vehicle access. But with a little planning ahead this is not a problem at all.

First of all, the hotel is located at the central place of Sarlat, which in its turn, aside of being a unique and very beautiful city, can be considered as the heart of Périgord-Dordogne area, close to most of the attractions nearby. So overall, we can say that the hotel is positioned in an optimal location for those who like to travel in this area. In addition, though the hotel is in the old city of Sarlat, where private car entrance is not permitted, a free parking lot can be found a few hundred meters from the hotel. Hence, the accessibility to the hotel is very convenient. Regarding the hotel itself, this is a new hotel having spacious apartments and equipped with the best and most modern equipment, which made us feel at home. The apartments are air-conditioned in all the rooms so the feeling was excellent even when the temperature outside soared, on one of our staying days, over 40 degs. Though the hotel has many advantages as we described above, we think that the better part of it is the owner, Alex. During all our staying period he made all the efforts to comply with our requests and to make sure that we have good time in the apartment. We indeed had, mainly because of Alex. To summarize, since the hotel is new (we were one of the first family staying there) we did not know anything about it so we took a gambling when we chose this hotel, which fortunately turned out to be one of the more successful gambling we took…

We loved everything

It's really a wonderful brand new apartment in a little square in the middle of the town with church view in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with absulately everything from full size oven, dishwasher, expresso coffe machine, microwave & even a washing machine! You can feel the owner Alex & wife Sophie have put so much effort, thought & care into the decaration! Also they are so helpful with restaurants bookings, sight seeing & local amenities. They made your stay so enjoyable! We & our two twelve years old nieces enjoy the stay so much we will definitely come back.

Un appartement magnifique, parfaitement équipé et meublé avec goût. Situé en plein centre de Sarlat, il a aussi beaucoup de charme avec ses pierres apparentes et son jardinet donnant sur la cathédrale. Possibilité de se garer à proximité gratuitement (5 minutes à pieds). De plus, l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire ont contribué à rendre notre séjour formidable. Located in the heart of Sarlat, it also has a lot of charm with its typical stone walls and private garden with a view of the cathedral. It is possible to park for free nearby (5 minutes’ walk). In addition, hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness of the owner helped us having a great journey.

Excellent accueil, logement impeccable très design au coeur du centre ville de Sarlat. Logement très fonctionnel aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.

Splendide appartement dans le centre historique de Sarlat. Un équipement hors du commun, un cinfort exeptionnel et un accueil très chaleureux.

La situation en plein cœur de la ville et un vis à vis de la cathédrale et de son ancien cloître. La qualité des aménagements intérieurs ou les touches très contemporaines sont parfaitement inscrites dans un bâti ancien de caractère. La qualité des finition et des matériaux employés. Le confort et le calme qui donne l'impression d'être chez soi et d'occuper un lieu privilégié. le fait d'être dans un lieu central mais préservé du passage intense du flux des touristes d'un jour. Le petit jardin (nous occupions l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée) qui est plus qu'un complément comte tenu de l'ambiance pittoresque qu'il apporte.

L'éloignement du stationnement est un peu contraignant, mais on l'accepte dès lors qu'on se trouve dans un site patrimonial privilégié où la voiture n'a pas sa place. Un petit complément de rangement serait bien venu à condition qu'il ne compromette pas la qualité de l'aménagement (ceci ne concerne que l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée que nous occupions).
