bathroom was large, modern and clean. the location was great for visiting vineyards. location had easy access to highway and also local roads. did not realize that we had to pay extra to park our car in the hotel's garage until we had already parked and were checking in. |

Excellent location, near to centre of town. Breakfast good value. Car Parking facility very good even though this facility attracted a daily charge. Rate obtained via Booking.com was excellent. Hotel was "tired" and requires updating/redecorating (our room certainly did), in our opinion. Stay was acceptable due to rate obtained via Booking.com. |

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good english. Room, bed and bathroom very good. Outside space and bar excelent meeting spaces. Breakfast very good value.Secure garage parking on site. Within easy reach of the centre of Beaune. No dislikes. it would be hard to criticise this hotel. |

Very comfortable with pleasant staff with good English. Secure car parking underneath hotel is a real plus for a town centre location. As with most French hotels, the pillows are too small! |

The hotel is located very close to the town center and the staff is very friendly and kind. We could hardly sleep because of the noise of air conditioning equipment. |

1. First, I got a single room where I couldn't open the window, which I didn't like (I feel claustrophobic if I cannot open the windows). So I asked for another room, staff was very helpful and friendly, I got a super luxury room under the roof. Superbe! 2. Free internet access (was for me the reason to choose this hotel) 3. Reasonably close to town centre Internet didn't work in my room, but it worked perfectly in the lobby (= totally fine by me), and there's a public internet station in the lobby as well |

The location just outside of the ring-road was terrific. Bakery 50 paces away was a treat. Very helpful staff. |

Excellent location for the old town. Freindly and helpful staff. Secure parking. Good size room. Beds were "old fashioned" with blankets; duvets would be more comfortable and hygenic. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was very good value for money. Very nice outdoor sitting area at the rear of the hotel. No-one was sure if wifi was included, staff said it was but notices all over hotel said it was chargeable. Our room had 2 single beds pushed together which was okay, but they had been made up with single bed linen, would have been way more comfortable if double bed linen had been used |

Generally quiet. Very convenient location. Staff very friendly, helpful. Bathtub and shower. Bed comfortable.Clothing storage (hangers, shelves). 1) Returning from breakfast one morning, we found our door was not completely closed. Apparently the maid had been in but hadn't closed the door firmly enough so it was not locked. 2) The dining room, located under our bedroom, was being refurbished. |
