After the fright of not recognising the confirmed booking, Jaques was very attentative and arranged other rooms for us, although my friends had to move again. Madame was also most helpful at the Breakfast sessions. |

room was clean, bed and linens were clean, wireless kind of worked, location is quiet room was very small, bathroom is built into the room, tiny shower, no elevator, nobody was there when I arrived to check in (reception closes at 8pm), I asked for a taxi to be reserved for my trip to the train station (30+ minutes by foot) but none arrived. |

Staff very friendly and helpful - breakfast good. Location good, pleasant 15-20 minute walk into centre Lift would be helpful for some, also tea making facilities in the rooms, shower room very small and could do with updating |

Convenient situation, good breakfast, quiet, pleasant staff We were in a little annexe, very small beds, double bed sagged in the middle, poor bedroom furniture, Light didn't work in the shower. I suspect the main hotel would have been fine. |

I had arrived at night, and i was given all clear information by e-mail how to get in, then the reception is closed. It is really great. I have never had brekfast at the hotel, i think the price is a bit high for could food, cofe, tea and hot chocolate. |

Staff, decor, breakfast, position; all excellent. Room was at the back of the hotel and extremely small. I would have chosen to pay more & have a better room if given the option. Hotel generally has a very pleasant atmosphere and modern decor. About 15 minute walk, flat, along gardens and coast into town. Hotel parking very useful. Small room. Lack of lift could be a problem for some. |

Close to beach walkway. Located in nice and quiet residential area. Provided parking. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were small. |

A short walk into centre of la rochelle. Room was very independant of main hotel building which was very good. Hotel reception closed at 21.00 hrs which meant no beverages available after that time, so tea/coffee facilities in room would be a great improvement. |

Staff were helpful and provided good advice and information. Some renovation work has been done, which is good - it needs to be completed in all rooms/areas. The bathroom and room were both extremely small. Walls must be very thin because there is significant noise from adkoining rooms. |

L'excellent accueil, l'extrème gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel est irréprochable. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais pour moi, ce n'est pas le plus important en rapport aux qualités que j'ai mis en exergue. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. |
