Savoy Hôtel Evian  

Fantatic location, great value for money

The staff was very friendly but did not speak much English (we do not speak French, so this was a small problem).

It was very convenient to everything in Evian. It had a very relaxed atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious and well turned-out. It was a very relaxing place to stay.

The Savoy Hotel Evian was extremely comfortable and with helpful staff. Lovely position right on the lake side with the boat terminal for lake trips almost opposite the hotel. Very central for the town which has a wonderful market on Tuesdays. The hotel does not have its own parking but it is available 5 minutes walk away and is very secure.

I have no complaints but only a suggestion. My husband has walking difficulties and it would have been helpful to have had a ramp which could be placed on the front step when required in order that wheelchair users and especially "pushers" don't need to struggle with this step.

We were very pleased with our choice of the Savoy for our 2 day stay in Evian. Our room overlooked the lake, and despite being on the main road noise was not a problem. It was in an extremely convenient position as we had arrived from Lausanne on the ferry and the terminal is on a few minutes easy walk from the hotel. There's a fantastic sun terrace on the Hotel roof, with loungers and sun shades, if we'd had more time we would have liked to spend an hour or two up there, enjoying the view. The hotel staff were very pleasant and managed to understand our very poor French! Breakfast was very good - a huge choice of items on the buffet, and delicious coffee. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The hotel is well situated ,the room was well designed and had a great view. As well the breakfast was nice.

There is no hotel parking and there are no close by places to park. It seemed that the room is falling into disrepair

Depuis de nombreuses années nous partons par votre intermédiaire et pour la 1er fois nous avons été déçus et très contrariés car les draps n'avaient pas été changés (froissés avec des cheveux bruns parsemés!!!!!)

Un hôtel extrêmement agréable. Idéalement situé avec une vue superbe sur le lac Léman. Personnel charmant.

La présentation précisait qu'une bouilloire, ainsi que du thé et café étaient à disposition dans les chambres. Cela n'était pas le cas.

Sa situation face au lac Le restaurant les places parkings devant l'hôtel le casino a deux pas les promenades faciles la vue sur l'autre rive (ch)

Pas d'eau chaude pour cause de travaux en ville et impssible de prendre une douche !!! very bad Cela dit,c'est ce qui justifie les notes mitigées précédentes, sinon tout aurait été top

Personnel accueillant. Cadre agréable.

Grand lit confortable. Accueil très agréable. Situation géographique parfaite ,en face du lac. Petit-déjeuner très complet. Seul bémol, la salle-de-bains mériterait un rafraîchissement avec une note de modernisme dans le ton de la chambre.
