“ The Savoy is conveniently located just off the Promanade Englais, and we found the location ideal. Close to the bus stop, train station and restaurants. The apartment is ideal, fully equiped, very neat and tidy and secure. Small balcony on the side, facing the Mercure hotel, with a side seaview! Definately would recommend the apartment! ”

the location, the check in was easy and people were very friendly the door of the bath room didn't close properly other then that every thing in the apt was perfect

The Savoy is conveniently located just off the Promanade Englais, and we found the location ideal. Close to the bus stop, train station and restaurants. The apartment is ideal, fully equiped, very neat and tidy and secure. Small balcony on the side, facing the Mercure hotel, with a side seaview! Definately would recommend the apartment!

Leiligheten ligger sentralt, med Promenaden ved Middelhavet på den ene siden og gågaten Rue Massena på den andre siden. Matbutikker like ved, som gjør det enkelt å lage i stand frokost med ferske baguetter til frokost mm. Leiligheten er praktisk innredet, -ligger ikke i solen, som kan være en fordel om sommeren. Vaktmester døgnet rundt, som er blid og behjelpelig.

во-первых, это не отель, а просто квартира в жилом доме с ключами, домофоном и табличками с фамилиями владельцев у дверей и почтовыми ящиками. месторасположение отличное - первая линия, рядом отель Mercury. 1. не очень чисто, давно пора провести генеральную уборку. 2. Сменить полотенца - серые, застиранные. 3. Обновить кухонную посуду - тефлоновые сковородки все поцарапанные, а это вредно. Мы один раз пожарили яичницу, потом передумали. 4. В ванную комнату пора заменить ручку, о ней писали в предыдущих отзывах. Сейчас она у нас просто падала при закрывании двери на пол! Да и в самой ванной не помешает сделать уборку и все помыть! Особенно кафельный пол в душевой. Не понимаю, за что берут 50 евро при выезде за уборку?! 5. Постельное белье - тоже самое, не мешает заменить, т. к. выглядит оно очень непрезентабельно.

La posizione della struttura, direttamente sulla promenade, consente di visitare Nizza agevolmente. Il pagamento era in contanti e, nonostante abbia richiesto esplicitamente la fattura, questa non e' stata prodotta. Mi sembra assurdo un passaggio tramite booking senza poi emettere documento fiscale. Inoltre la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare.

De lokatie in Nice is top, namelijk heel centraal. Alle bezienswaardigheden in Nice zijn vanaf het appartement wandelend af te leggen. Wij waren 9 dagen in Nice en hebben (naast de aankomst met bus 98 vanaf de luchthaven met de halte aan de promenade thv het appartement voor 4 Euro pp) geen gebruik hoeven maken van het openbaar vervoer. Het appartement is precies groot genoeg voor 2 personen. 4 volwassenen zouden wij niet aanraden. Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van het smalle balkon waarbij je alleen tegen over elkaar kan zitten. Aan de overzijde zit het Mercury hotel wat een minder fraai gezicht is maar het uitzicht naar links (winkel/restaurant straat) en naar rechts (promenade en zee) is wel fraai. Op een paar 100 meter zit een "betaalbare" Marche supermarkt wat een tip van de vriendelijke concierge David was. Door ons langer verblijf hoefden wij geen eindschoonmaak en bed/handoek kosten te betalen. Ook was de gevreede 500 Euro borg niet voor ons van toepassing, dus dat geheel was top. Wij hebben het appartement begin dit jaar, net buiten de zomervakantie geboekt, de prijs/kwaliteit was voor ons dan ook goed zeker gezien de andere verblijf prijzen in Nice. Verder goede airco en volledig ingerichte keuken. Het 2 persoons matras vonden wij hard en de latten bodem was niet helemaal betrouwbaar en een nieuw douchegordijn moet toch wel te realiseren zijn. Nieuwe kookpannen zijn ook geen overbodige luxe.

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und die Lage ist echt spitze! Sehr zentral und das Meer in wenigen Metern erreichbar. Eine Kaution mussten wir nicht mal abgeben.

Dette var en privat leilighet, som haddde fin beliggenhet. Det var forsåvidt en godt utstyrt leilighet, men vi fikk følelsen av å bo hjemme hos noen. Det var dårlig rengjort - spesielt på badet. Sengen var svært ukomfortabel og sengetøyet luktet surt.

schöne Ausstattung, modern eingerichtet, alle erforderlichen Küchenutensilien vorhanden, Handtücher,Bettwäsche jetzt inklusive, gute Lage, geräumig Miete und Kaution 500 Euro, die wir alllerdings anstandlos wiederbekamen, mussten bar bezahlt werden. Schimmelgeruch im Bad

The apartment was great. There was a lot of room and it was within walking distance of everything. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The toilet and shower especially. Also we were told the previous guests had used up all the toilet paper and that we would be brought some more. But it never arrived so we had to buy our own.

A very nice, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The owner was very helpful with the payment, everything can be paid by credit card or cash. The apartment is a bit small for 4 people (not much space to put your clothing) but it's great value for money. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nice.
