Friendly staff, fair location for price, handy bus and rail station, close to Marineland, some shops and supermarket. Was told that the use of Kitchen when I enquired over the phone was 12Euro per day but I was actually charged 16Euro per day... There is no information about this price on the website or booking forms prior to booking ! The kitchen was OK but is too expensive for the facilities... No kettle to boil water & no decent sized cups (for Tea drinkers)..The walk from the road back to the hotel is dark & unlit at night.. |

Good two room apartment with a big balcony. Kitchen for an additional payment. Free underground parking. There is a pool on a roof. Fitnes room. Near the park. Wi-fi internet access is too expensive. A railway passes between a hotel and sea. Nearest underground passage in 500 meters. |

it was close to Cannes, about 15 minutes by car not clean, lots of dust under and around bed and in closets, you had to pay extra to use the kitchen (very silly!) |

Friendly staff, the rooms were just fine and always clean, and the pool on the roof was fantastic. Good location if you have a car. |

Great view and away from the busy road. Next to a lovely park and easy access to trains to Nice, Cannes etc. Good kitchen with free use of fridge and microwave. The hotel is next to a factory, which makes some noise during the working week. |

très bon accueil, hôtel et chambre propre, spacieuse (nous avions un studio pour 4 personnes avec balcon et vue sur la piscine exterieure). Très bon rapport qualité/ prix. Petit déjeuner de qualité. A seulement quelques minutes des commerces et de Marineland. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel, notamment pour des longs séjours. Seul petit point négatif: ne connaissant pas très bien la région, difficulté à localiser l'hôtel, dès la sortie d'autoroute. |

La personne a l'accueil nous a recu de facon très agréable, l'appartement choisi repondait encore plus à nos attentes !!!! nous avons pu jouir d'un grand espace non negligeable avec nos deux enfants. Et pour finir nous avons eu droit aux petits dej des enfants offerts ( chose rare de nos jours ). NOus reviendrons assurement dans cet hotel !! |

Prima studio met keuken tegen meerprijs. Badkamer best ruim met bad, toilet en wastafel. Handoeken worden dagelijks vernieuwd. Boven op het dak van het hotel is een mooi eenvoudig zwembad met uitzicht op zee. Het personeel is onvriendelijk en spreekt zeer slecht engels. Tussen 12 en 15 uur is niemand aanwezig van personeel, het is dan niet mogelijk om in te checken. Ook s'nachts is niemand aanwezig. Het pas naar het hotel toe (200m) is s'avonds zeer slecht verligt en akelig om te lopen. De zee lijkt heel dichtbij, er loopt een spoorweg voor waardoor je moet 500m moet omlopen om bij het strand te komen. Het is geen zandstrand, er liggen allemaal stenen. Marineland ligt op 1,5 km van dit hotel. Wij hadden geen auto, dus moesten langs de weg lopen om daar te komen. De bushaltes zijn zeer onduidelijk. De mensen zijn zeer onvriendelijk. Je kunt van geluk spreken als iemand je wilt helpen en ook nog engels verstaat. De omgeving is rommelig en slordig, |

hotel basique n'ayant aucune particularité. Si ce n'est de ne pas être loin du marineland. On trouve ce genre d'hôtel partout a coté d'une autoroute. |

La tranquilitée du lieu et l'accueil du personnel sont très agréables. Pas de balcon pour notre chambre prévu pour 6 et il manquait une chaise. |

J'ai aimé l'acceuil et le service .la propreté de la chambre et son insonnorisation (pas un bruit de couloir).la piscine sur le toit avec sa vue sur la marina. Le petit dejeuner m'a un peu deçu .pour 10 euros il pourrai y avoir plus de reassort . |

Appartement pouvant accueillr 6 personnes mais il n'y a q'une seule chambre avec un grand lit donc 4 personnes doivent dormir dans le séjour/salle à manger. Or dans cette pièce à vivre ont été placés deux grands lits, ce qui ne laisse plus beaucoup de place pour "vivre". Heureusement qu'on ne faisait qu'y dormir dans cet appartement. De plus, pendant tout notre séjour, forte odeur de cigarette dans les wc. Salle de bain à rénover. |

hotel trés proche du marineland et de la zone d'activité de villeneuve loubet (restaurants, marina) et aussis proche de la mer, la piscine sur le toit est le petit plus trés agréable. le seul souci c'est le ménage (les serviettes sont changées tous les jours) mais pas un seul coups d'aspirateur ou de balais dans la chambre en 4 jours |
